We stayed as a group of 4 rooms for the night of Saturday 6th October. The hotel is conveniently located and there is ample parking. The welcome was very pleasant, in fact the service quality and friendliness of the staff was about the best feature. It would appear this

Dear Steven I am most disappointed to read your stay was not as comfortable as it should have been. The team work hard to deliver great service and it is clear on this occasion that we were able to deliver the high service standards that we hold ourselves to. I am sorry you felt our prices were too high especially in our restaurant. These prices will be reviewed following your feedback, I have noted your comments about the Housekeeping team and we have set a plan to ensure the items you mention are address and do not get missed in the future. I do hope we will be able to welcome you back at some point in the future. Kind Regards, General Manager.

Faulty Towers Night - very entertaining Staff were very welcoming and attentive, food was amazing The room it was held in was nicely laid out and plenty of space between tables even with 50 - 60 people attending. Overall a very good night and would highly recommend.

I was here for a wedding reception, but to be honest, I wish I had not wasted the £75 on a claustrophobic single room. The wedding reception went well, beautifully decorated Wedding Room, the reception meal, small and inadequate. I am GLUTEN FREE, and just received the mini

Dear Guest, Thank you for posting your comments. I am sorry to see that your stay with us did not match the standard that we try to reach for every guest who stays with us. I do thank you for your feedback, comments such as yours allow us to address problems and have them looked at and righted at the first possible chance. Unfortunately on this occasion we were not made aware of your dietary requirements and tried to imprecise as best we could. Myself and my team are committed to improving the hotel and the standards for all our guests and hope that when next in Fleet we can welcome you back to see the changes we have made. Kind Regards, General Manager .

This was our first time staying at the Lismoyne Hotel. Very helpful welcoming staff. Rooms large and comfortable. We had a large superking bed which was nice but mattress was quite hard for my taste and back. Facilities excellent with lots of different lounge seating with bar.
