A true home from home (but better than our home!). A lovely warm welcome from Therese and her dog. Large, comfortable, quiet double room. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast with choice of options. Access to the patio with far reaching views. We even managed to see two deer at close quarters. Will stay there again.

I stayed at Little Cottage for a night when I had a nearby meeting the next day. Therese was a welcoming and generous host, and the room was beautifully turned out, comfortable and quiet. I hope to stay again!

Stayed one night. Therese our host could not have been more welcoming including her two dogs! Our room had everything we needed. The gardens and the views over the Hampshire countryside are lovely. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Easy access to the village of Hartley Wintney and M3/M4.

First, the quiet. Set down a rural track about a mile along the A3011 out of Hartley Wintney and with a broad driveway bordered by heather, Little Cottage is faraway from the world of pubs, clubs, street lights and traffic. The rear windows of the house open out onto a wide patio beyond which are fields, woods and more fields... More

Stayed overnight with a journalist and professional reviewer. She said that she had tried hard to find a fault without success and I had to agree with her. Warm, genuine greeting from Therese and Chris. Even their boisterous working spaniel tried to present me with her favourite toy. Very comfortable room with an excellent breakfast.

Little Cottage, Therese and Chris, provide a really beautiful home from home, for those of us who are business guests. Whatever the season, the environment is a perfect tonic to return to at the end of a working day. Beautiful gardens to enjoy from spring to autumn, outside if the weather is kind; warming log fires in the winter. I... More

I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the comfortable and very clean single room with onsuite bathroom. It is situated In the middle of trees and nature. It must be even prettier in the spring and summer.

We were only able to stay for one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. The owners were so welcoming and had thought of everything a guest could ever wish for. The attention to detail was marvellous and the accommodation perfect, with a lovely view from our double room. The location is particularly attractive, as Little Cottage is off... More

We have just returned after spending a night at Little Cottage. We live quite locally, but I spend a lot of time working if I have access to my computer, so my husband and I decided to get away from it all for a night. Hazeley Heath is just outside Hartley Wintney, but they are worlds apart. Little Cottage is... More
