A beautiful cottage with wonderful gardens perfectly quaint and charming the ideal escape. Breakfast is delicious!😀 Daphne is a warm welcoming landlady and very happy to enhance your stay with any local info you may require. Very central for walks pubs and coast. Just what we needed to get away from it all. Thank You Daphne for making our stay...

Beautiful place. Would have been nice to have personal toiletries rather than a used bar of soap. The towels were beautiful. And the stash of old magazines back to the 1970s didn't enhance my stay. No Wifi .

Lovely cottage. Daphne works hard to ensure your stay is comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Attention to detail is obviously something Daphne is passionate about. Booking/making payment was a little difficult, however I understand Daphne is in the process of adding a 'payment' link to her site.

Daphne and Gordon are the perfect hosts; extremely welcoming and accommodating. The accommodation is stunning, spotlessly clean and the breakfast amazing. Beds very comfortable indeed and slept like a log! Location great for the New Forest and surrounding coastal area. An idyllic retreat for relaxing and unwinding. Luxury at an affordable price. Definitely worth a visit!

Don't judge a book by its cover. The cottage as you drive thru did not look very appealing but wait once you get pass the gate, the cottage and the garden is a wow factor. Daphne the owner gave us a warm welcome and showed us our bedroom which was the double bedroom on the first floor. The room was...

We were attending a feast at a local vineyard and needed to stay just one night in the area. Yew Tree Farm turned out to be a really good choice. Daphne was very welcoming, explaining to us how best to get to the vineyard. We had the twin room downstairs. The beds were extremely comfortable. The delightful breakfast was served...

We stayed at Yew Tree Farm in August 2014 whilst showing my wife's parents around parts of the UK. We were looking for a really traditional thatched English country cottage and we were not disappointed with Yew Tree Farm. It has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with separate bathrooms. We had booked both rooms, the double was...

My husband and I were really tired after a week in London as we arrived in the evening at the Yew Tree Farm. Mrs. Matthews had already switched on the electrical blankets so that we just could crawl into the big cosy bed and sleep until sunlight woke us up. The view from the small windows revealed a glance into...

This pretty, elegant country farmhouse is one of our very favourite places to be. The rooms are spacious, and thoughtfully and comfortably furnished, with plenty of space for our "stuff" and really rather nice pictures and pieces of furniture for us to enjoy. The bathrooms have proper deep tubs and wide sinks, room for our toiletries, and hooks in all...
