Hi, recently w by to Paultons Parks Peppa Pig world, didn't fancy the drive there and back so decided to stop over for thx night. Chose the Mortimer Arms and we were not disappointed. The hotel/pub is located at the entrance to Paulton Park, its less than half a mile to the main entrance. On arrival we were greeted at... More

We are fairly local to the Mortimer Arms and have eaten here on a number of occasions as a family of 3 and also in larger groups and for special occasions. The food is excellent, really fresh with a great choice available. We always find the staff friendly and welcoming and will continue to visit when we want to be... More

After having a very enjoyable meal after visiting Peppa Pig World 2 years ago, we felt that The Mortimer Arms was a natural choice this weekend when we returned to the park but this time, wanted a nice stop over the night before. Even though the food is really nice, we felt nearly £9 for 2 (yes 2) scallops was... More

Group of 8 of us on our twice yearly golf trip. The re-furb of rooms was way behind schedule. When we booked months ago were told it should all be done. First night 3 of us had the noise of workmen sawing / drilling etc. Apparently working on the kitchen extractor - 10.30 p.m. to midnight. Duty manager said he... More

We visited with extended family after a day at Paultons Park. It is very close by and very busy so best to book. We had to sit in the bar as children were not permitted in the restaurant which was a shame as the bar area was quite crowded. We had to wait about 30 mins for food but there... More

We visit this on Sunday after our 2nd day at Paultons Park. The pub is at the end of the room and having looked at the menu online, we thought we would try it. They were very accommodating and the food was delicious! Tasted fresh and the aromas whilst waiting really built up our appetite. If you are in the... More

We booked a table which is a wise move as it gets busy on Sunday. We were greeted and looked after by Elana who is a huge asset to the pub, first class and a total professional thank you! I opted for beef which came with a giant Yorkshire pudding, The rest of the family had lamb which was a... More
