Touring and camping in Herefordshire at Arrow Bank is a wonderful experience for touring caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents and tents. The park is set in a relaxing, peaceful location with riverbank fishing, surrounded by glorious countryside. Arrow Bank is set alongside the River Arrow in the picture postcard village of Eardisland, an historic Tudor village, part of the ‘Black and White' trail.

We stayed on the touring pitches for three nights. Very impressed by the site, facilities and warm, efficient welcome. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A short walk to the village of Eardisland with a great pub - The Cross Inn. Excellent location for walking and cycling. Would recommend.

Had 4 lovely days here over the bank holiday. Site immaculate, staff friendly and helpful. Enclosed dog area very good. Village short walk away with 2 pubs and community shop. Free bus laid on to visit 'ParkFest' at sister site in Shobdon. This gave us chance to look around site and enjoy the entertainment. Will definitley be making a return visit.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review here on Trip Advisor, it is greatly appreciated. We are extremely pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us at Arrow Bank and found our site to be 'immaculate' and that our team members were all friendly and helpful during your stay. They are always on hand to help with anything you may need during your stay. We are also delighted to hear that you took the opportunity to visit our sister site Pearl Lake in Shobdon over the Bank Holiday weekend where our yearly 'ParkFest' was being held. Pearl Lake is a beautiful site also and we are very happy that you got to explore it! We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Kindest Regards, The Arrow Bank Team

Me and my family stayed in a self catering lodge. We have been staying here for 2 years now and 3 times so far. The lodges are amazing, spacious, clean and feel incredibly safe. We love the porch at the front of the lodge where you can sit on either a warm summers morning or evening and have breakfast or dinner or even just read a book, we also enjoy the fact there are two bathrooms instead of just one when your a family it’s always easier to have two bathrooms instead of one and the main bathroom and en suite are extremely practical . This campsite is lovely and peaceful too, multiple times when I’ve been sat on the porch reading it almost feels like I’m in heaven with hardly a single sound to be heard but occasionally a vehicle will very slowly pass you. Every year when we have came and stayed they always had provided us with tea bags, coffee, sugar and sweetners (in a way the standards) but what really stands out to us is how they also gave us a pack of delicious cookies, we also had a big bag of crisps and a popcorn microwave corn stick, all of these aren’t the cheap brands either they are good quality ones that you don’t really see in the shops. Lastly I would just like to say how friendly the staff are, it really makes a difference when your staying knowing there are helpful staff on site. We would like to say a big thank you and we will 100% be back for are 4th time next summer.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review here on Trip Advisor, we really appreciate your feedback. We are extremely happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in one of our self catering lodges here at Arrow Bank. Our lodges are truely one of a kind - the porch is something that not many lodges have and we are really lucky to be able to share them with all our guests who come and stay with us. As you said, they are perfect for reading a book, or just watching the world go by. Two bathrooms is always better than one, whether you are at home or away on holiday with us in one of our lodges. They make life a lot easier, and we are happy that you found it practical! We are Arrow Bank always aim to make our guests stay the best it could possibly be, even if it as simple as providing a few treats to enjoy whilst relaxing on the porch of our lodges. The cookies and crisps always go down a treat, but sometimes we like to switch things up, so there may be something different the next time you stay... We are incredbly pleased to hear that you are going to be joining us again for the 4th time next summer! Arrow Bank must have a very special place in your heart. We look forward to seeing you again next year! Kindest Regards, The Arrow Bank Team

Lovely quiet site well maintained. Toilets were very clean. Friendly staff very helpful. Thought the area for tents looked lovely with the little stretch of longer grass around each pitch it made them look a bit more private thought it was a good idea. Nice dog walks and playing field for children. Easy walk into village. Had two beautiful meals at the Cross really friendly staff. Will definitely be going back for another visit as so quiet and peaceful

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review here on Trip Advisor. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us at Arrow Bank and that we met the high standards that we aim for. We are environmentally conscious here at Arrow Bank, and know how much a bit of wild grass can help insects such as bees, so we opted to make our tenting pitches more secluded - for more privacy - whilst also helping the wildlife in the area. We are happy that you liked it. The village of Eardisland is a gem, and truly beautiful. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the village just as much as we love sharing it with our guests. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future! Kindest Regards, The Arrow Bank Team

Very well maintained site with extremely friendly staff who go out of their way to help. We booked two luxury lodges and while we thought it was perhaps a bit pricey they were very well laid out, equipped and furnished very well and well worth the money. The local village of Eardisland is a real little gem and nearby Leominster was a lovely surprise. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Our first visit here from a sister site. Beautiful park, loved the landscaping! Some pitches (we have a motorhome) not level which can make stepping out difficult for limited mobility people. Tv not available on all pitches which in 20 yrs of motorhoming was a surprise! We hardly watch any but usually check to see what’s available! It was available with fully serviced pitch. Lovely room with laundry books for swop and dvds and puzzles, also nature watch things for kids, very impressed. Also with welcome by a personable young man. Short walk to river and community shop, hours open variable, and prices as expected bit dear but all used for local help ( which kind of makes it a bit better-tho the onion we got was bad, didn’t have time to return it.) milk was the worst price and not for the four pints! Two pubs and cafe, check times. Nice walk round lake but you have to ask because it’s quite well hidden. Didn’t have our bikes (last minute escape) but a couple we met did and rode round, we would next time. When you book ask for what you want specifically, like cheapest pitch you have available. Bus stop maybe near but community chap said yep once in the morning and once back later in the day. So a car for any significant Touring advisable. We liked the site best out of three sister sites, but the 2nd time we went a day in between, there was heavy duty noise for quite a while, did query it, it was supposedly the farm, but I’m a country gal and couldn’t place it ! Has a small airfield nearby but it definitely wasn’t that. All in all we would visit again, £25 first night, on return fully serviced £30.

Stayed for 3 nights first time tourers too and could not have picked a better site. Very welcoming, excellent staff extremely helpful, beautiful and immaculate facilities. Walks in the park are wonderful, flowers. wildlife, trees, just great. Excellent pitches, good size. We will definitely be booking here again. Trip to the local village 5 minutes away and 2 pubs to choose from. The only problem we had!!! we did NOT want to go home. I would give 10stars if i could.

Lovely park but the lodges could do with a bit of upgrade, no blind on bathroom, when asked about it the receptionist just laughed at my husband, the park would benefit with a shop on site for people that can’t get to town, and no recycling facilities on site
