Alarm bells ringing as soon I pull in to the carpark. The place looks shabby and run down, damage fencing over grown garden. Walked in the place and a young guy was sitting down eating, he put he's hand up asking me to wait a few minutes later unlocked the door to the room he was sitting in. Showed me...

Upon arrival we was not shown the room but asked to pay, it was £59. When walking. Into the room, he didn't have a key to give us straight away, and when the door opened it needed a good shove anyway. The shower curtain was filthy, the toilet seat was hanging off, mould on the walls, wardrobe drawer hanging off....

Stayed here just for one night as I was out for a friends birthday, arrived and the receptionist tried to charge me more than what was agreed on the booking. Managed to get it sorted, was handed a key and told what room number I was. The whole building is falling apart, stinks of curry everywhere you go. Hairs all...

Staff were friendly but basically you are staying in an indian restaurant , the rooms are tired although clean. I asked for a ground floor room as I have mobility issues we were put on the 1st floor as there wasnt any ground floor rooms, a very steep stir case with a bannister that stopped about 7 steps from the...

Wow - what an amazing place! The only hotel I've ever stayed in with a yogurt pot for a bin :) If you like your TV to be the size of a postage stamp, then this is the place for you - look no further. No pressure on arrival - despite the swathes of people all arriving at the same...

This place is a little gold mine if it was redecorated and cleaned! The chef in the Indian restaurant can cook quite well but the entrance is in appealing and very shabby. The furniture in the rooms are broken and the rooms smell. Such a shame as the location is great and they get such a lot of passing traffic...

Fortunately we only needed a bed for a night and were looking for the cheapest place in town. Though at £55 a night for a twin room, even that may be too much for what we got. Whilst the staff were friendly, the room was a shock - dirty, covered in damp, filthy carpet, the window frame was rotten and...

Had booked a Family Room at the beginning of May for an overnight stay on 21st June 2014. When we arrived reception staff said they had no knowledge of the booking, and there were no available rooms, I explained I had left my card details with them on booking the accommodation but they were adamant a booking hadn't been made,...
