Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely comfortable accommodation. Clean and modern with adequate parking. Nicely situated but walks with our dog nearby were a bit limited. Further away from the accommodation there is a field if you want to walk your dog.

Superb, high-quality accommodation with everything you need for a self-catering break (except food that is) but there is complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits available on arrival. Highly recommended.

Nestled down a little country Lane, these holiday cottages are a lovely find. Immaculately clean and decorated beautiful, we stayed in the garden lodge with our 3 pooches. There is a compact kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils. A comfy sofa, a small eating area and a small tv. The owners are friendly and welcoming. With ample country walks on the doorstep and two dog friendly pubs what more could you need.

We stayed in the Upstairs studio & had a great break, the local pub is very nice with great food, just a 10 minute stroll away. Lin & Martin were lovely people & made us feel very welcome. Recommended for a really chilled out break.

Enjoyed an overnight stay in the red room. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a delicious breakfast in the morning. Wish we were staying longer. Would recommend. About 10 minutes drive from Hereford.

My mother and I's stay here was unexpected, but an absolute treat. Due to a railway closure on our way to HolyHead from Cardiff, we got stuck in Hereford overnight. Hereford was a great surprise though! We showed up last minute, and the owner was kind and showed us to our room. We stayed in The Blue Room, which was nice and cozy. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. They had a very wide selection of choices, and everything was absolutely delicious.

My Husband and I stayed here yesterday evening. We’ve never stayed at a B and B like it!!!! The decor was beautiful, with fabulous attention to detail. The food was lovely and despite big portions!!!! We were still offered more. Lastly our hosts were so welcoming and catered for our every need, and I’m a strict vegetarian! We will definitely return!!!!!
