Me and my girlfriend stayed for a night and had an amazing time. The service was superb. Great facilities including the pool with late closing hours. The room was brilliant and newly furnished. We also had the Christmas menu meal in the restaurant which was fantastic. The breakfast was also! Great service from start to finish. Thoroughly recommend

When we arrived the scenery was beautiful, there were live peacocks just outside the mansion. The staff were very polite and welcoming and followed COVID procedures.Though the mansion has an old fashioned exterior design, our deluxe room had a very modern, creative, and the most amazing beds -I slept like a baby! Which I was surprised about but also delighted. The room service had enjoyable food and excellent service & have an incredible homemade chocolate fondant on their menu which you must try. I was very pleased with my experience and felt at home. Recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tring. 10/10

We stayed at Pendley on a overnight spa break. The food was delicious, service excellent and massage was very relaxing. Only downside was there was not steam room , sauna or jacuzzi only a pool. This did not impact our stay though would recommend.

Pendley Manor needs some changes to the Overall service to make it a special hotel. The bar and restaurant staff do not communicate with each other, so customers are left waiting for long periods of time. Some of them do not speak good enough English to understand a customer’s request. The pool temperature is far too cold to make it enjoyable. This has been said many times in different reviews. For families with children, it is a shame. The reception team do not always know what is going on in the rest of the hotel. I phoned up and asked if I needed to book the pool. The receptionist said just turn up. When I made the actual booking I was told I had to book through another phone line. This took 40 minutes to get through. The beautiful grounds and manor are not enough to make this a top hotel. Training for staff is needed so that they are more in time with customers waiting and attend to them a bit more readily.

Staying right now at Pendley Manor. My husband and I are completely blown away by this hotel. The entrance alone is breathtaking. We arrived an hour early and was instantly booked in, Mark on reception was excellent. All staff wear masks which is very reassuring. The room was outstanding, upgraded to a suite, very clean and homely. The swimming pool was great. The spa was gorgeous, Stacey, the spa manager was absolutely outstanding, brilliant first impression. Our masseuse, Nicole, was fantastic. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay and would recommend Pendley Manor to all my family and friends 😀. Will post another review after our stay.
