Situated just three minutes walk from a sandy beach of Colwell bay, we offer bed and breakfast with a quiet, friendly and relaxing atmosphere for adults only. Ideally situated in beautiful West Wight this area is renowned for its beauty, with lovely walks on the coastal path and over the downs. The six well equipped bedrooms are all en-suite. This is a gem of a place with delightful new young owners who are prepared to go the ‘extra mile ‘ to make your everything go well on your visit . We came to celebrate our Ruby wedding at The Hut and we’re thrilled to fin d this super place to stay just up the road . The warm welcome , the offer to collect us in the rain with our bikes , the delicious breakfast not to mention the ‘bubbles’ left in our room 🥂all made for a super visit Thank you Denise and Matt and we look forward to returning another time .

A warm welcome from the owners (Matt & Denise) who have a terrific 6-bedroom cottage in a great location. The room we stayed in was clean, large and overlooked their spacious backyard. - 5 minute walk to waterfront - great breakfast each morning - parking onsite - owners happy to recommend what to do on the island

We have just got back from a 2 night stay at Rockstone Cottage with Denise and Matt whilst visiting friends who have moved to The Island. We can certainly say this it is a lovely B and B and can understand why everyone has nothing but good to say about it. The locally sourced breakfast items were delicious and can also say the Matt’s Mum’s marmalade was yummy. We must say that it was all very clean and Denise and Matt were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. We look to returning, hopefully for a longer stay.

Wonderful B&B 2 minutes walk from Colwell Bay and seaside beach. Accommodation is very very good as is the breakfast. Denise and Matt are excellent hosts and the rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds exceptionally comfortable. Plenty of onsite car parking outside the front door. Very convenient for The Hut. We will be returning. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.
