If you are looking for a cozy, family-friendly place to stay on the Isle Of Wight, this is the spot. The large, fenced in outdoor spaces allow children to run and to use the outdoor equipment relatively unattended. Sheep, horses, terrific working dogs add to the farm enjoyment. Additionally, The Ryde Pier, Esplanade and local shopping are short drives away.... More

The accomadation was perfect for our young daughter with the enclosed courtyard and all the farm to explore, it had a well equipped kitchen, good living space and very comfortable accommodation. Excellent location for touring the Island. Owners gave... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our first experience of the Cote. Alison and Howard couldn't have been more helpful when we were making the arrangements. Howard booked the ferries and even amended the return times for us. The lovely cake and jug of milk on arrival typified the warm welcome we received and extended to us during our stay. The accommodation at... More

We stayed in the Cote, which was the converted piggery. It is small but feels spacious with large windows and skylights, and is well designed. The courtyard garden is gorgeous and not only very safe for young children to play, but gives great privacy. We enjoyed drinks out in the warm and sheltered garden most evenings. Alison and Howard, hosts... More

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Tithe Barn. The cottage was beautiful, lovely furniture, light and airy and spotlessly clean. The view is just breathtaking and the whole farm could not be better located. Its the sort of holiday property that you fall in love with the minute you arrive. We settled in immediately, aided no doubt... More

Stayed in Old Byre. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed and more.....including cake! Kitchen really well equipped and the outside space including seating and games were lovely. We only wish we could bring the view home with us. Alison and Howard are very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend as family accommodation. Good location for visiting the island's attractions.

This is a wonderful location, very rural and yet minutes from Ryde and miles of sand. It is extremely child friendly and yet furnished to a high level. The owners Alison and Howard are very friendly and helpful and it was great to be on a working farm. The views from the property are amazing and I would thoroughly recommend... More
