Guess SH is the Seaview Hotel , not the Priory Bay which to my knowledge is closed.
When did the hotel reopen?
It is closed until 2019 for a major refurbishment by the new owners.

Is the pool heated during October?
The pool is outdoor and not heated. It is operational June - September, weather permitting.
