Just come back from a very enjoyable weekend at Norton Grange. We felt very well looked after and there was plenty to do. My daughter is 27 and she enjoyed herself immensely and wishes to return in October. You can stay at the resort all day if you so wish, as there are varied activities throughout the day, also a warm swimming pool, where towels are provided! We’d already pre-booked trips around the Island so couldn’t participate in everything, although would’ve liked to have. The food was varied, well cooked and presented ,,plenty of choice, plenty of it. We would like to mention some of the Staff who really stood out to us : Aga(blonde lady in restaurant), Darren & Aaron, (daytime bar) Jay (evening bar) and of course we couldn’t forget the brilliant entertainment manager James! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Plus, the entertainment was good especially as I think the audience was not always so appreciative. We would love to return, maybe in October , if we can book time off from work!

Hotel's Favourite
Booked. 4 night break on reopening 17/5, on recommendation from family and boy were we pleased we had. The resort is beautiful, with well kept gardens, clean and well maintained chalets (we stayed in premier chalet in Elliott block which added some extras like gifts on arrival and fresh biscuits daily) and lots of activities to try and learn or just to have fun. We learned air rifle shooting (Scott) where I found my wife’s past life as as a sniper 😂😮) and air pistols (Emily) where I found my inner Steve Arnott (Line of Duty) shooting the odd OCG 😂 and bowling and golf…..wow we kept busy. The food was plentiful, varied and by and large very good, The entertainment was nothing short of outstanding. The team multitasks, helping guests to seats in the dining room, to activities, but what amazed me was the “family” atmosphere they enjoyed with. Number having found partners also working there. The guest entertainers were great, but stars of the show were undoubtedly the very talented team….. Bonnie, Chelsey, Luke, Stuart and Higher Ground the band (Steve, Rebecca, Jules and Neil) who kept us entertained each and every night. Of particular interest and applaud were the two new theatrical performances of Spirit in Music, which I didn’t think could be surpassed until on final night we were entertained by the West End Musicals. A very, very talented team and so friendly and willing to engage and chat too…….you really made our first experience very special The whole experience has been eye opening in an enlightening way and we have already signed up for the loyalty programme (drinks are pricey) and a second break at Xmas for Turkey and Tinsel with family. Well done everyone (too many to mention). It’s been a tough few months for your industry but you have come back happy, willing and helpful and have really made this an experience to remember. You are a credit to your employers and your professions. Love to you all from Jackie and Dave (the Warner Virgins 😂😂😎) we can’t wait to be back and see you all again.

We joined friends to visit this beautiful coastal village. We stayed in one of the garden suites which was very spacious and tastefully decorated. the patio was an asset as the weather was so warm and sunny. The main part of the complex is lovely and the restraunt very comfortable, although if you get the chance dine in the conservatory. The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly. The evening entertainment was tip top as we have come to expect and the grounds have been well maintained with many benches and places to sit.

We had a garden suite which was extremely nice, stylish and chic in decor…our stay was for 5 nights…everywhere was clean and tidy but it does need some TLC in areas around the complex…the gardens are beautifully landscaped and managed well with an array of flowering and foliage plantations…entertainment okay, bar staff Darren and team pleasant and your type of people to make you feel welcome…overall 7 out of 10, the only downfall and fault was the FOOD…very sparse and repetitive menu, needs to up your game and return to buffet, we can’t keep giving the old Covid excuse. Would I recommend YES…would I return YES, so thank you for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Visited for country and western festival which was postponed from last year’s booking. We upgraded to premier chalet although this was basic but fairly comfortable. Food was good but extremely long wait for it to be served on some occasions. One morning we waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our breakfast to be served which meant we missed the quiz which we were intending to take part in. Music was disappointing on the last night. Glenn Rogers was advertised as playing but did not show up and no mention of him not being there or why the programme had changed. Trey Jackson played a good set for around 45 mins but then disappeared to watch Euro football final and we were left with DJ playing very dull and boring music. Most people had left the entertainment area by 10 pm. Very poor show. This was our first Warner’s visit and not rushing to repeat it!
