Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We chose Bull Farm Oast B&B for two nights recently, and it was a very pleasant stay. The proprietors, Prue and Andy, were knowledgable about the area and enhanced our exploration of local gardens. They were flexible about breakfasts (which were delicious!) and provide good wifi, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. The location is very convenient, just off the A229. The former oast house has its own sweet garden with roses trained up its walls- sure to be stunning when in bloom (we just missed the show), and my favorite detail, a bull weathervane which swings about on the cowl.

We just spent two nights in this delightful converted oasthouse. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need and nothing too much trouble. Our hosts felt like instant friends and had we not had places to visit I expect we’d have just chatted all day! Fantastic breakfast with lovely eggs from next door. A really special place. Thank you Prue and Andy.

We stayed there last weekend and could not have wished for anything better. . Prue and Andy our hosts catered for our every need. Blue room was fantastic stylish, plush and spotless .Their home is beautiful and so pretty. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was spectacular everything local and fresh. We felt very spoilt to be in such a lovely home and to be taken care of so well. We certainly will be heading back to this "little gem" in the Kent Countryside it is a rare find. Thank you for looking after us and for both being so lovely .Kind regards M & S

I can only endorse what so many previous reviewers have said, namely the wonderful warmth and hospitality of Andy and Prue at Bull Farm Oast. Our bedroom was large and comfortable, the bed also. The breakfast was generous and tasty. We had great chats with both Prue and Andy. We would definitely stay here again if we were holidaying in the area again.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Prue and Andy to their fabulous Oasthouse. Nothing was too much trouble and they really took such an interest in the three of us. Little added extras such as loads of fresh milk in our rooms, exceptionally comfy beds and recommendations to local pubs/restaurants for our evening meal really added to our weekend away. We were made to feel so special and so welcome. We returned to our respective homes/jobs fully charged having had a brilliant stay. Thank you Prue and Andy.

I stayed for 2 nights in October while visiting friends in the area. Prue and Andy are delightful hosts - genuinely friendly, helpful and attentive. I was travelling alone but soon felt very much at home. My room was a good, generous size, with a very comfortable bed. The next time I visit the area this will be my number one choice for accommodation!

We were visiting Kent for a silver wedding celebration and chose this B&B for its proximity to the party venue. From the moment we arrived, Prue and Andy made us most welcome. After settling into our spacious and very comfortable bedroom, we enjoyed a cup of tea in the garden with Prue. Andy was kind enough to offer to transport us into and back to town that evening so we could both enjoy a drink with dinner. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with fresh home made bread and wonderful scrambled eggs. Our two night stay was really great in every respect - thanks again.
