Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

March Cottage B&B is wonderful place, located off the A2 in Faversham. The hosts are very warm and friendly; and nothing is too much trouble. Well within walking distance to the town, you are free to come and go as you like! This was a very useful benefit for me as I was visiting family, and I needed a bit of peace and quiet from time to time. I paid for room only as the hosts don't do breakfast any more. This wasn't a problem at all as I found a Café in Faversham that opened at 0700 plus a Wetherspoons Pub: both doing breakfasts. I have stayed at March Cottage before - and I will definitely visit again! Thank you for another lovely stay.

Stayed for 2 nights in May 2018. I attended a craft market in the town centre and was looking for something not too far away. The March Cottage is lovely. Very clean, neat and well looked after. Sarah - the owner - is very friendly and helpful. The B&B is situated in a residential area that stayed really quiet during our stay - we enjoyed that element very much. Definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed at March cottages for two nights for a wedding stop off. We can down on the Friday and were welcomed by the lovely Sarah. She showed us to our room which was an annex off the side of the house. It was nice to have our own little "house". One of the first things Sarah told us was the WiFi information. It sounds like such a small thing but I always find it a struggle to find WiFi pass codes in hotels and always end up having to go to reception to ask for it. Bonus points for me! We had a comfy double bed, table with tea and coffee making station, wardrobes, TV and a decent sized bathroom with a good shower. One thing I will mention, as we were going to a wedding, it would have been great to have a full length mirror to be able to get ready. The cottages are close to Faversham centre and provides lovely comfort after an evening of dancing and drinking! We would return :)

We stayed in the delightful March Cottage for two nights in Faversham whilst at a wedding for the weekend. The owner Sarah was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was a good size and had an immaculately clean bathroom and power shower. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself is separated a bit from the main cottage- so when stumbling back late at night drunk there isn't any danger of waking anyone up. There is free wifi too and the speed is good. I'm very glad we chose to stay here instead of a travelodge or air b n b. The cottage is situated about a 10 min walk away from Faversham town centre. Overall, we were very satisfied!

We have visited a few times now and have always been made very welcome by Sarah and her family. A really handy location for the lovely creekside market town of Faversham as well as Canterbury and the coast.

Had a great stay here. After a long day of work it was nice to have a quiet and comfortable room. Good wi-fi, showers, bed etc. Breakfast was made to order and was spot on. I couldn't as for anything more. The hosts were lovely to chat with over breakfast. Highly recommended 👍
