The Premier Inn Faversham hotel garners praise for its assortment of amenities, including clean accommodations, affable staff, and a commendable breakfast, with guests often feeling they've received good value for their money. Comfortable beds and ample parking add to its appeal, although some guests have encountered booking hiccups.
While the rooms are generally spacious and tidy, a few visitors have noted issues with temperature regulation and occasional cleaning oversights. The hotel's cleanliness and festive touches for special occasions contribute to a positive atmosphere, and the staff's courteous service consistently receives accolades from guests.

Whenever I need to stay in a hotel, I always choose a Premier Inn - this branch in Faversham didn't disappoint. I checked in on the 25th May around 3 pm and I checked out on the 26th May around 7 pm.
I originally wanted to stay overnight in Canterbury, but this branch is much cheaper than the Premier Inn and only 15 minutes away on the train and 30 minutes on the bus.
All the staff were lovely and friendly towards me, both in the reception and even the cook when I had breakfast. The look and feel of the hotel lobby and reception were impeccable which paired smoothly with good circulation around furniture. I don't need to feel cramped and stuffed.
My room was clean and generously spaced. When I arrived, I did find a blood stain on a towel, but the hotel staff were quick to replace it for me.
Can I complain about the view? Not really. The hotel is basically in a field next to an Aldi and a new build estate. I knew what I signed up for.
Having said that, I did wish the hotel was located closer to the town centre and its train station.
I enjoyed my stay here.

Stayed for 3 nights so liked the idea of the plus room which gave us an ironing board which we didn’t need to use, the promise of a nespresso coffee machine which they didn’t have any coffee pods available, bottled water which they also couldn’t supply. 2 complimentary bars of chocolate- no bigger than my little finger, 4 Fancy teabags but only 1 normal teabag, 1 sachet kenco coffee and 1 decaf coffee, poor provision for 2 guests. Slow WiFi and poor tv signal which kept freezing screen.
Very small restaurant which had set price for breakfast and dinner regardless of what you chose, we didn’t eat in. The bar was well stocked but seating was very limited with only a handful of tables/chairs dotted in the foyer. The room was good and the bed super comfy for me. The windows are purely decorative and do not open, which are a bit claustrophobic but once we got the hang of a small device on the wall - no instructions , we had air conditioning or not if we pressed the wrong button.
Fortunately an Aldi store is situated very close by and the complementary fridge became very useful.
I would use the hotel again but not waste money on extras and just go normal rates.

I stayed here for 3 nights during October half term with my husband and two children under 10. We always enjoy staying at Premier Inns across the country as they are always well located and we know what to expect.
It is a fairly new hotel, had only been open for a few weeks when we arrived so we were happy to have a sparkling new hotel that still smelled of fresh paint! Check in was a bit slow but perhaps the staff were new but both express check in screens weren't working so that didn't help!
We always stay in a Family Room so were a bit disappointed to find that our room was quite small - probably one of the smallest Family Rooms that we've stayed in at a Premier Inn. However, we got by and it was literally just a base to sleep and have breakfast in, so nothing to rant about.
The bathroom was nice, bright and very clean and the shower had a handheld attachment as well, which i'd not seen at a Premier Inn before so it was very handy when bathing the children!
Breakfast was the standard fare, £19 a day for the 4 of us which is a bargain. The first day it was plentiful and well stocked but by Day 2 (and Day 3), there were items missing (fresh fruit, very low stock of yogurts etc, some breads and pastries) and also the staff weren't really on the ball with keeping items stocked up and also having plates/mugs available. It felt like we were constantly asking for things. Also on Day 3 there were no napkins in the restaurant so we had to be very careful when eating!!
Overall, this hotel was good and as a new hotel, there will always be teething problems until the staff learn and are trained up to standard.
The hotel was located in a quiet area, in a development of many new homes and a huge Aldi. It was a 5 minute drive to Faversham's main high street, shops and restaurants and served as an excellent location for all the areas and attractions that we wanted to visit in the surrounding Kent areas.

On arrival was met by great staff. We could not fault the staff. The restaurant staff, the 2 young lads. They were exceptional.Such great lads with beautiful manners. Went both and beyond.
At first we found the plus room lovely. A fridge, iron, ironing board. A coffee machine but that's if you like black coffee. As no milk pods. Only grey Earl tea bags in the room,we did find t bags in reception but they should of been put in the room.
The shower was far too hot and difficult to turn it down.
The handle on our door came off in your hand when leaving the room. The reception was lovely about it and even offered to change our room for us,but we felt that wasn't necessary and she reasurred us it would get fixed.
My main issue and as a cleaner myself,I like to strip the bed when leaving as feel this helps the cleaners going in the room,it safes them a bit of time, but was totally shocked, the mattress protected had stains on,which where visible and not just one stain. The duvet had stains on it and again not just one stain and some looked like dry blood. A towel covered in makeup. So that reason we would not be returning.
I would also suggest that they need a more of selections of beers in the restaurant.
The area is lovely. If for not the bedding,we would of returned buy knowing slept on dirty sheets,no sorry. As for me,if I was making a bed and the clean bedding had marks on it,then it wouldn't go on. I would inform the supervisor and get it looked into.

I booked my daughter her husband and two young children into the Premier Inn so we could spend a weekend together celebrating a birthday and the Pirates Festival. The trip was cut short due to bed bugs! No help or advice was given.

The hotel was easy to locate. Close enough to town, free parking on site was a bonus.
Beds in the family room were comfortable, space a bit cramped but this was to be expected. Help yourself tea and hot drink supplies much appreciated.
Service is excellent. My child left his bag at the hotel just before we checked out - we phoned up and a very pleasant lady told me they'd kept it safe for him. Thank you.
Good value breakfast - could have been a bit more varied but overall great stay at a great price. Well done Premier Inn.

Didn’t clean room on second night stay told we needed to tell them to clean Never even mentioned at check in !!!! Absolute joke
Can imagine At 10pm arrival after taking part in charity run in Whitstable and you walk into room your room to relax you find your room with nothing only dirty towels no tea coffee and unmade bed
I was shocked and very annoyed with hotel staff for their of lack professionalism especially all you see is info about their high level of room cleanliness
To be told by staff at 10.00 pm that you needed to ask for cleaning on arrival without confirming their policy is ridiculous
It’s a shame that the hotel screwed up so badly as the hotel is great value for money
As we’ve stayed their before with no issues

we were attending a nearby family wedding, so 3 rooms were booked.
All 3 rooms were double
this is a new hotel which offers free parking and is 5 mins drive into Faversham town centre
Beds are comfy, room a decent size, free wi-fi, staff are all helpful and friendly and the whole building appeared to be clean
the only members of the family to eat in the Premier Inn restaurant was my son and his girlfriend.
They paid for a meal deal which included 2 course meal with drink, plus breakfast cooked buffet
they enjoyed their evening meal but regretted going for the breakfast

I had booked a 3 night stay at this hotel with a business colleague. The hotel is new and fresh, however the air conditioning is centrally controlled and I set mine to 19 degrees because the room was so hot. The temperature in the room never achieved 19 degrees. You have no window that opens in the room so it is a must to be able to control the temperature. My colleague experienced exactly the same issue.
My colleague and I both checked out a day early, the lady at reception noted both of our room numbers and we were expecting a refund for the cancelled night. This has not materialised and we have been charged for the third night even though we cancelled over 24 hours prior to the stay. This is simply unacceptable.
