Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greated with warmth and hospitality from Venera. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Our room was immaculate, with stunning views of the river. We indulged in the delicious breakfast buffet each morning and tasty dinner. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

The room was very clean, comfortable and had a clean and fresh smell. The Staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the breakfast team in the morning. One of the Staff (Olivia) offered to bring over the toast when it was done so we could carry on eating our breakfast. We all had the cooked breakfast and this was one of the best Premier Inn cooked breakfast we had tasted. The Chef - Janine had cooked everything perfectly, nothing was over done. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was clean and well laid out. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, thankyou!

Great sirloin steak. Perfectly cooked medium rare. Peri peri chicken wings were great too. Thanks to the chef Janine. Rooms are clean, well thought out and well equipped. Service from all the staff is great too. Car park is a good size too with plenty of spaces.

Premier Inns are consistent in their approach - so don't be put off by the stark exterior, it's still comfy inside. Staff (from duty manager to chef) were all friendly and helpful. Restaurant was ok, although if you're not keen on red meat and curries, the menu cholice is a little limited, but the food was nonethless good.

You can never find a night team member when you want one the room next to me was playing music all night and arguing the lifts and corridors were dirty and when I eventually found the night team member not sure on her name but she was on the rather large side with her shirt tucked into her skirt she was doing only what I can presume as flirting with one of her colleagues i didnt manage to get his name consequently she didn't even notice me standing there trying to get her attention so I just ended up going back to my room consequently I had to listen to the people in the next room to me arguing all night and as I had to be up early for work I didn't get much sleep if any at all I think premier inn seriously need to look at their staffing and take appropriate action
