My daughter recommended this place and how right she was. It is simply the best B&B I have ever stayed in. There are three top notch places we have stayed in: one hotel on Lake Como, one idiosyncratic B&B in the Welsh Marches, and this one. I think this one just edges into first place for style, attention to detail...

Stayed here one night with my partner mid week. It was £160 for the night which is pricey, but it had come highly recommended. The room itself is beautiful and it's clear a lot of love has gone into every detail - everything from the sheets to the toiletries have been picked carefully and the breakfast was excellent...but it really...

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I rarely write reviews but felt it was important to sing its praises. The rooms are beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. I had an incredible bath with REN products which are my favourite. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and we could order as much or as little as we wanted from the...

If I could give The Reading Rooms more than five stars I would. Starting from the moment we arrived at this charming B&B, we felt welcome. Assistance was offered with carrying our bags to the second floor and Louise would not take no for an answer. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom is over-the-top great. When our TV wouldn't...

Thank you Mel! We really enjoyed meeting you both! Thank you both for being such lovely guests. The remote was packed by a guest and so we had to dash and buy a new set top box. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in the UK. It means a lot to us that you came all the...

We stayed at The Reading Rooms for a very last min 'wedding night' after a registry office 'wedding' before our official do next year, but we needed to make it legal. Louise and Liam went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely evening. We stayed in the attic room, which was beautiful, and we had some bottles of...

We had a 3 night stay in the beautiful 1st Floor room of this amazing lovingly restored Georgian Townhouse. Situated in Hawley Square in the heart of Margate and only 5 minutes from the old town and 10 minutes from the Turner Contemporary this is a great location to explore the North Kent coast. The bed was super comfy, the...

Me & my wife stayed here for a night & really enjoyed our time. Excellent location. It is just 10 minutes walk from Margate station. Old Town & beach are only 5 minutes walk. The room is simply amazing. So beautiful, with old world charm. Good sized too. The bathroom is immense with a big bathtub. Credit to the owners....
