Same as most premier inn with friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was another thing it can not be a eat all u can as they have to cook the hot food to order and took 45 mins and was passable. -Appeared under staffed and they turned people away and still had stacks of tables.

Usual high standard of service. Budget hotel, limited services, but predictable good quality. Avoid parking under trees - birds roost above car ! When approaching from Tonbridge direction, don't go into the theatre car park, it's the entrance immediately after.

You know what you will get with the room and this is just that. No complaints and a good night's sleep with our two children. The staff in the hotel were great and only too eager to help. I would sleep here agaian but...................... The Beefeater attached to this hotel is a little past its best and the service and...

Room comfortable and clean. On first evening, free WiFi too slow to be usable, OK next morning and for whole of following day. Surprised there was no air-con in a 10-year old building, although it was not needed at the end of October. Excellent breakfast for £8.99.

This is a good Premier Inn and quite central to go other parts of Kent and some parts of London. I have found the staff always friendly and willing to help. Although the hotel is on a main road the rooms are quiet

Usual Premier Inn standard. The room was nice and clean. We ate at the adjoining Hilden Manor (Saturday night) having seen that they had not received very good TA reviews, so we had low expectations! However our experience was very good. The food was very good; they were not the largest of portions but still more than acceptable. The service...

Stayed here after a wedding recently. We arrived just after Midday and tried our luck on the room being available. The lovely receptionist swapped a few things about and checked us in, which was a great bonus. The room is your usual Premier Inn style and comfortable enough, with breakfast next door at a rather busy Beefeater. The hot food...

I like a premier inn. Always good rooms and usually fab breakfasts. Brilliant welcome. Having spent over 2hrs at breakfast on Saturday morning, this weekend Im a little disappointed. No tea, no coffee, no fruit juices, no cups, no milk, no butter... Long wait for breakfast order and even longer wait for the actual breakfast!

Having now stayed at both the Premier Inns based in Tonbridge I can honestly say this is the better of the two. It is situated on a much queiter road in a nicer part of Tonbridge. Whereas the other offering is situated alongside a noisy dual carriageway & at night I found the area immediately outside reception leading up to...

We stayed here after seeing family and it being near to the main road. Good hotel, the room had everything that we needed and if we needed anything more then we only had to ask. The rooms didn't have good signal on the network 3, but if you went to reception the network worked really well. When I had finished...
