We stayed here for two nights at New Year. The main building is quite grand and has the charm of an old manor house. Unbeknownst to us, the hotel was fully booked for New Year's Eve celebrations which meant that we were not able to book into the restaurant, nor could we order a meal via room service. The bar,...

Lovely old building .... we had a premier room which was fantastic. The pool is very small but steam room, sauna and hot tubs ok..... majority of users of the gym and pool facilities are locals as opposed to hotel guests. We ate dinner in the hotel, food was ok but took over an hour from starter to main .......

We attended the NYE Vegas party with friends and family. There were only three gaming tables, and we were glad that we played before the meal. Unfortunately, a couple of our party arrived just before the meal and didn't have much time to play. After the meal, the tables were so crowded that you couldn't get near. The canapes: There...

We had been upgraded to a Platinum room which was very spacious with lovely furnishings and a great view. Toiletries etc were lovely, as were the tea/coffee items available along with two pieces of fruit and still and sparkling water. My husband ordered room service which arrived promptly and was very nice. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were excellent. Reception...

The room was miles away from reception but on checkin the staff asked if we needed a hand carrying bags from the car to the room and the same on checkout. The room was clean and had a modern bathroom although...

myself and 9 others stayed 3/12/16 had a Christmas party night and bed and breakfast, the food on both occasions was very well cooked and enjoyed by all. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. But best of all was that all of the staff I came in to contact with was extremely helpful and friendly.

First impression at arriving at hotel was it being on such a busy road. Not in a quiet location, we walked into reception and found the reception to be a small area to the right of the entrance. When we checked in were told there were no lifts. We were lucky that a young gentleman helped us to our room...

Recently spent a night at this hotel. It is set in a nice location near to Pendle Hill and with easy access to Burnley. The room was comfortable and well equipped - our sleep was good and we found the place quiet at night even though there were a couple of events on. With breakfast we paid £79 so consider...
