Stayed here last night for a friend's birthday in Clitheroe and we are glad we did. Fantastic location for the towns pubs and bars..We will definatley be returning. Jayne was lovely and very welcoming throughout our stay, it felt like nothing was too much trouble! The B&B was spotless and we enjoyed the extra touches and a fantastic breakfast. The...

This friendly, homely hotel provides comfort and easy accessbility to the charming town of Clitheroe. Comfy rooms and tasty breakfasts. We love to stay here when visiting our daughter whose home is too small to accommodate us during our stay 'up north'.

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of stopping hear, when the owners daughter who occupies a flat next to the guest house, decided to have a rather loud gathering. Consisting of music bleeding through the walls and shouting echoing around the building. This persisted into the very early hours of the morning. Needles to say I was not well rested...

I booked the Brooklyn Guest House to stay overnight for a two day course I was attending in Clitheroe, on the recommendation on the course provider. It was incredibly reasonably priced. On arriving, it was a very cute guest house from outside, and inside was decorated to a very high standard. My room was spacious, very clean and modern. Booking...

I had a great stay at Brooklyn. The bed was really comfy (made it reeeally hard to get up!). My room was homely. Shame I was only there for one night, you could really settle in. It would be ideal for families. It's in a lovely, picturesque location and the price is very competitive. The people are really friendly and...

Stayed here for the Clitheroe Food Festival. Excellent location, absolutely lovely b&b. Our room wasn't ready when we got there in the morning but Laura was very happy to put our bags in the room for us - everyone was very friendly and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. Will definitely stay here again

Our 2nd stay and Jayne made us feel so welcome again. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed as expected. The breakfast was fabulous. We needed a 3rd night which was no problem to Jayne & Laura. If you need somewhere to stay which offers great value for money and friendly smiling service then this is the one to...

I and my friends stayed here one night and had a lovely stay despite our initial reservations / hesitations after speaking on the phone (more about that at the end!). A friendly lady welcomed us on arrival, offered us a cup of tea and showed us to our rooms. The room was clean tidy and the bed was very comfy,...

Stayed here two nights recently for the Ribble Valley Jazz & Blues Festival. This is a beautifully maintained old house, very comfortable with an excellent breakfast. We were in the annexe, just across the passage from the main house. We had a spotlessly clean, spacious room with a king-sized bed, a small kitchen and a shower room. It is just...

From the minute I arrived, Jayne and her daughter made me feel so welcome, & took me to see my beautifully appointed en suite twin bedroom, complete with tea/coffee facilities & a delicious (so I found out later) packet of home made biscuits, which were I am glad to say replenished every day of my 3 night stay. The daily...
