Bed and Breakfast accommodation should be clean, comfortable and welcoming, Pinder Hill offers this and more. The breakfast was superb; lovely fresh fruit and yogurt, cereals, cooked quality full English, toast and plenty of tea. In addition, the accommodation offers great facilities, a quality finish and kind, thoughtful hosts. As mentioned in other reviews the location is brilliant, being five minutes walk away from the pretty village centre and it's three pubs, all of which serve food.
We had a great short stay of three nights. Spotlessly clean and comfortable house, and the breakfast was fantastic! Lovely hosts who made us feel really welcome. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay there again.
This is my second time visiting Pinder Hill B&B and I would like to thank Bill and Teresa for their hospitality. The accommodation is spotless and the breakfasts were fantastic. The B&B is located in a very peaceful area (although Waddington is very peaceful anyway) only a 5 minutes walk to the centre of Waddington with its 3 fantastic pubs serving local hearty cuisine and great real ale (brewed only a stones through away). The area is a mecca for walking and cycling with some fantastic hills but also many flat valley walks. I would highly recommend Waddington and Pinder Hill to anyone wanting to discover beautiful Ribble Valley. Once again Bill and Teresa thank you for your hospitality and I look forward to staying with you again 🙂
Delightful B&B in Waddington. The hosts are wonderful, the breakfast amazing and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The village location is excellent and within easy walking distance of 3 lovely pubs, yet in a quiet location. An ideal base for walkers and cyclists wanting to discover the beautiful Ribble Valley. I will definitely be back
What a wonderful place to stay. Bill and Terry are lovely and welcoming we had a lovely chat. They were so helpful accommodating my last minute booking and helped me with my bag and gave me milk in a flask for tea which was super. What a difference it makes to have something like fresh milk for the room. I got a key and could come and go as I pleased. I stayed in the twin room it’s at the top of the house, in the eves. Its immaculate and really tastefully decorated with a big window in the roof with a black out blind, and super views of the Ribble Valley. The bird song is amazing it’s called Twitter lane for a reason. It’s wonderful and quite at night the bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The bathroom is en-suite and is a good size with a lovely hot shower, fresh towels a toilet and sink it’s a great space. The breakfast was big and tasty the best I have had in a long time, I had the full English it was cooked to perfection and everything was fresh and tasty. There was a big pot of tea, fluffy white toast with butter and just in case that was not enough there was yogurt are fresh fruit salad. I can’t decide what was the best bit... the breakfast, great nights sleep , hot shower or the hospitality of Bill and Terry. I can’t decide which was the best bit it’s all great but I know I will be back I am already on my second stay. Thanks again Bill and Terry. …
