Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Be aware, if you come to this site at a weekend there are various tribute acts on in the clubhouse, this in itself is not a problem, however, the people who leave the clubhouse at 12:30 and then think it’s ok to walk around the site shouting and stand in groups laughing and talking loudly are. During our recent visit there were also dogs barking and cars driving round the southern site at speed in the early hours after the clubhouse had closed. It’s a shame, we really like the site, and the staff and facilities are fantastic, just let down by people who would normally be at home on a Butlins holiday park. We also believe that the tribute nights will be on Wednesday nights at some time, so check before you book, unless of course you are one of the few who like to let everyone know that you are enjoying yourself.

Lovely site, quiet and very civilised. Bar staff are very pleasant. Clean and tidy. Very clean facilities at any time of day and always feels safe on this site. The only thing I would say is.... please turn down the music in the facilities. So loud and my kids say I'm deaf !! Look forward to next visit .

Immaculate holiday park with spacious serviced pitches and fabulous modern clean wash rooms. There is a great friendly clubhouse on site serving lovely food and cakes. A huge park to walk around and a good size enclosed field to let dogs run free.

We are still here whilst writing this review but wanted to leave a 5* review as soon as possible (after being here 3 nights already). In our limited caravanning experience this is the standard by which all touring caravan sites should be judged. OK, we visited in January, whilst it is very cold outside, and the park is generally quite quiet (which we love). We had the pick of the pitches and from the moment we arrived the staff in reception were warm, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Northern Site, they have two sites for touring caravans/motorhomes, and although the toilet/shower blocks are ten years older than the blocks in the Southern site, you wouldn't know it, as they are kept immaculately clean by the maintenance teams. The warm stone floors (even in January) and background music are a nice touch and we really like the fact you have a toilet, washbasin, shower, seating per room to yourself, which makes for home from home experience. The staff in the Clubhouse are very welcoming too, the food is excellent and freshly prepared and the open fire is welcoming. The grounds, lakes , dog walks and pathways are all kept immaculate and the views of surrounding countryside are lovely. We hope to come back soon as it is a very nice experience staying at Eye Kettleby Lakes, excellent, well done and thank you.

what a fabulous place. we booked to stay for new year and were not disappointed. we were in the touring park with the rest of our gang staying in the pods. The pods were spotlessly clean and cozy and had a lovely welcome of home made mince pies and chocolates. The park was beautiful (even though the weather was awful) the club house is so lovely with a fabulous team of staff that cant do enough for you. everyone is so friendly. New Years eve party was brilliant with a lovely hot buffet, Robbie Williams tribute was flippin amazing. Shower and toilet facilities on the touring field were beautiful. special mention to the domestic goddesses that kept them immaculately clean. cant wait to come back. thank you to everyone that made our break so great. look forward to seeing you again soon x

This place is stunning, as are the facilities, staff and location. The toilet blocks and showers are probably some of the best out there, immaculately clean. A decent shop on site for basics and the clubhouse almost like a ski chalet. Dogs welcome and some great entertainment. Lots of fishing on site also. Melton is a good 3 mile walk away with a local farm shop and pub within 20 mins walk. The Farm shop doesn't allow dogs inside, the Royal Oak pub at Great Dalby did a fantastic Sunday lunch.

We have stayed here on 3 occasions now, on the hard standing fully serviced pitches on the northern section of the site. It’s a lovely site, really specious, green and with some lovely lakes. The site also has a clubhouse with a lovely outside area in summer. It is dog friendly, split into two large sections. One for those with dogs and the other for those without. They allow you to bring in your own food and order in take aways to each in! The toilets and showers are good, located in little wooden cabins. The showers are actually separate and individual, unlike many sites we have been to. We certainly preferred this, it feels much more private. They are clean and modern with music playing too! I’d give this 4.5* if I could, the only reason being, it’s not really near many things. You really have to drive anywhere. But that comes with such a large site with many lakes I suppose.

Very last minute booking after storm babet cancelled where we were going. Well laid out, exceptionally clean and fabulous facilities, showers are individual bathrooms, well heated and a shower like you would have at home. Club house has good entertainment and drinks, really good breakfast. It’s mainly set up for fishing but as non anglers we didn’t feel out of place. Tarmac pitch with gravel if you want an awning, parking at the side of the caravan is a bit tight but fine.
