I would not recommend this place to any one. We booked a SPA break for 2 nights with 2 treatments. Our treatments were already booked and no confirmation to us if we can do that times or not. On the arrival day they already had treatment booked at 4:00 pm and we checked in

What an amazing 5 days we have had. The staff made us both feel very special on every level 🥰 The front desk: excellent, Dale, Terry, Annette and Carol....what a Team 🤩 All the Keep Fit staff couldn’t do enough to make all my exercise classes excellent. Emma and Harriet stood

I visit at least once a year and was disappointed last year but wrote to the General Manager directly who dealt with my concerns. I hoped that that was a one off but this year it is worse ...a 30 minute wait for each course at dinner, the buffet tables half empty at lunch and

Had a very enjoyable 2 night mid-week break and cannot understand where all the negativity from previous reviewers has come from. Hotel was spotless and welcoming. Check in was quick, room had a gorgeous view of the lake and was spacious and pristine. Lovely bed linen and a

Having read all the reviews, I can say I have experience the negative sides but overall I'm very happy with my stay. We arrived on Saturday around 2pm, and so did everyone else, and yes, there was a queue at the check-in, and with the shops just in front of you in the middle of

Hi JJ B. Yes, Springs really is quite run down sadly, it's not just one or two spots, the whole place felt very tired and unloved. I guess if you go with the understanding that it's a bit shabby you'd be ok maybe, for me it was just the collosal disappointment as I was expecting it to be pretty high end and proper luxury. I definitely wouldn't go there again, it fell well short of my expectations.

I wasn’t aware of any water beds; however they do have a nice relaxation room with beds in.

Hello Brian I have a joint membership with a friend. They offer three types of membership depending on the times of day you wish to visit. We have the standard plus which enables us to use the facilities, pool, gymn, classes etc from 6.30 am till 10am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday For this we paid £600 each per year in February of this year . We did not pay a joining fee which if applied is extortionate . The other memberships offered are just 6.30am to 10am Monday to Friday only. This is the cheapest membership The premier membership offers unlimited use from 6.30 am to 10 pm 7 days a week, this is obviously more than the £600 I paid. They regularly have offers on membership fees I live near Coalville . If there is any way I can get in contact with you directly I can let you have details of these next week, but as I am a very silver surfer I don't know if contact details can be given via tripadvisor
