We have stayed at this Travelodge on and off since early October 2019 due to us being flooded out, All the staff are pleasant, smiling, helpful and are happy to do anything to make our stays as nice as possible. Because we are both getting on in years they consider that and put us in a quiet room upstairs at the back, that is very considerate and we really appreciate it. ( they call it our special suite!!). We are abroad at the moment but we look forward to our return to this Travelodge for another two weeks early in February. We cannot recommend this Travelodge highly enough for service and friendlines.

Kathi and her team at Sleaford Travelodge offer a consistently high service. I stay at least 1 night every week on business and am always warmly welcomed. The rooms are always very clean as are the common areas (I often see them following a 'Covid' cleaning protocol cleaning shared handles and staircase rails etc).

I booked the Travelodge for an overnight stay as I was visiting family!! I also booked as the hotel accepts dogs! At a total price of £110 for the stay I was less than impressed. Whilst the reception area is clean and tidy, the corridor to our room smelt funny and you start to be suspicious when you enter the room, the curtains are shut (during the day) and the lights are off! The skirting board was unbelievably dirty! The chrome in the bathroom was not sparkling more water marked! There were two spiders who were residents in the room and I really did not want to go barefoot in either the room or the bathroom! Positively the bed was comfortable but that’s all I have! Just because we have a dog does not mean we have to lower our standards and it wasn’t a cheap overnight stay at £110 which included the dog staying and WiFi! Just FYI the WiFi is limited to two devices. Was very disappointed and very unlikely to stay in another Travelodge based on this experience!

I booked in for a night's stay expecting a nice clean room and a good night's sleep.
Unfortunately the bathroom was disgusting and grubby!
Not what I would expect, especially at the moment when enhanced cleaning regimes should be in place.
There was also a mark on my bedding and on the wall.
It also seems that the car park outside is used to hangout in and there was music blaring late at night whilst I was tryinf to sleep.
I was then awoken about roughly 6am by a member of staff loudly explaining the procedure with towels to a customer.
Will never be returning and was very disappointed

The value and quality of the room was great, but despite telling reception I was working on nights, I was woken 2/3 of the mornings. Once to be told about a fire alarm test by housekeeping, and by maintenance wanting to "check the shower head". It didn't seem to matter whether I had put the do not disturb sign up or not. Such a shame, because other than the disruptive staff, the room was much better than I expected and my stay was quieter and therefore more pleasant than I had anticipated.

Stayed here whilst visiting friends in Lincoln during Covid. The room was exceptionally clean and at very good value (£29.99). The staff were all very friendly and helpful and check-in was quick, easy also using the NHS Track & Trace system. The hotel is well positioned for visiting Sleaford or the surrounding area and we were collected by our friends for the short drive into town for a meal in the evening. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the area.

With friends visiting Burghly Horse Trials and we’re sent here as the hotel we booked into in May the Grantham south Witheram Hotel which then double booked us. Have nothing but praises for this travel lodge. Staff went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable and provided information about local places to eat and shop. Would definitely come back here again

Very welcoming and kind staff Kathi went the extra mile to help me book a hotel room and assist me while I was staying here plus loads of food options literally right next to the hotel from the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay.

The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that ensured a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and I had a restful night's sleep every night. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping service.

The location of the lodge was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Whether I was venturing out for the day or simply relaxing at the lodge, I felt safe and secure at all times.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast served each morning. There was a variety of options to choose from, and everything was delicious and freshly prepared.

Overall, I highly recommend travel lodge Sleaford

We have stayed at the Travelodge Sleaford on numerous occasions in the last year
The location is good with easy access to 2 A roads and good facilities on site.
The staff are helpful and always ready to iron out any problems . We always get the same room which is important as our son is autistic. In fact we would say this is a autistic friendly hotel.
Deserving of commendation are the following staff, receptionists Kathi, Tom, Tracey, and Richard. A special mention for room attendants Iveta and Paul.
We will continue to stay at this Travelodge as its great value for the personal service we get. Dog friendly too.
