Called for a cup of tea following a walk. Good service in comfortable and well furnished surroundings. Tasty cakes and other food. On main road in the dale, well signed and with relatively easy parking.

Called for lunch at this restaurant on the way to Hawes. Very friendly service. Opted for the Ploughmans platter, very well presented, salad, cheese and ham with sauces and ample bread. Pot of tea for two and we had numerous cups from it. Very enjoyable, and good value. Would

May I ask about the dinner time of your tea room?
The tea room is open for snacks most of the day. The B & B is what it says, bed and breakfast. Doesn’t do dinner (if by dinner you mean an evening meal).
