Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We've arrived today 16/3/24 for our seasonal pitch and the new team are amazing. Needed help to get over the grass and Dan was there to lend a hand. Thanks guys, my optimistic attitude was driving the husband insane. We are so looking forward to our first full Yr at Muston Grange with the little one and Ron our pug. We first arrived last August and loved it so much. Walking distance to filey town and beach. Quiet, clean site and lovely seasonal residents there ready for a good chat about the British weather lol. Also when we left, I popped into the office and it made me smile that they remembered my name 😊

We had a few issues with the caravan plot due to extreme rain(no fault of the site) The warden and his team were so helpful and understanding they are a credit to the company they swiftly moved our caravan to a better plot with no fuss at all , can’t thank them enough.

What a lovely campsite. The wardens were so nice, they keep the site and amenities spotlessly clean. The showers and toilets were immaculate. Nice touch little cloths on every sink to wipe down after you'd finished. Lovely spot, 15min walk down to the beach 20 min walk to Tesco supermarket but also a little shop on site for essentials. Would highly recommend.

We have just been here for a week and was amazing! After a complete disaster with the original site we booked we phoned the lovely ladies here and they were just amazing and got us a lovely pitch. The toilets / showers are immaculate. My children loved the park and we were very comfortable to let them go on their own. 15 minute walk to the beech which was fab! Immaculate site and the staff were amazing! We will most definitely be back. I have just been looking at the photos from bad reviews and can say the site definitely did not look like any of the photos. So please don’t let the photos put you off and it’s definitely worth a holiday there.

Just come back after spending just over 2 wks here. Quiet little campsite. Only caters for motor homes, trailer tents and caravans. Has a small park which is closed from Dusk or 9pm. Reception holds the essentials (Food), sweets and some items for caravans. Toilet block is cleaned daily and for this are closed between 1.15ish to 3pm ish. Site is kept cleaned and grass cutters were out most days. It's convenient for Filey only about 15 min walk. Please take note:- This campsite has been taken over this year and has new wardens who are very polite and v. Helpful. You need to be aware on arrival there is a £10 refundable deposit for the Entry Card. Also you will need some money for electric too. Showers are now free, the only bad point for the showers are there is only a hook on back of door and no where else to put clothes and the area to dry yourself is small hard for us plus sizers. However, the showers themselves are a decent size. If your looking for a base and not wanting on site entertainment this would be perfect. We'll be back next year. Would recommend this site.

Bit skeptical about staying here after reading other reviews, but we had a great experience. Found wardens very helpful, site kept very tidy, toilets/showers very clean. Electric meters are going to used in the future for all sites so it is just something we have all got to get used too. Pitch prices we very reasonable so by adding on a bit of electric it still worked out cheaper. Pitches are a little close but not an issue. Ideally located for walking/cycling into Filey, which is a lovely place. We also cycled to a couple of pubs in nearby Hunmanby. Hope to return another time

Not great.. My honest opinion was everyone had been crammed on like sardines, lack of room for getting you van on the pitch, to park and no privacy hedges as described. Showers were generally clean and OK although I never saw them being cleaned! The hairdryer never worked. Electric ended up costing a fortune as you have to pay for this seperate which we didn't know when booking and the booking itself was not cheap for 3 nights, so it was not value for money at all! . Wouldn't come back unfortunately... Shame as its a nice 20 min walk to filey beach.

We booked over the Easter Weekend. It was hectic when we arrived as the poor lady on the reception had just taken over as warden. She was struggling somewhat and who could blame her? We prepaid an amount for the electricity meter - something we haven't do before. We had booked a hardstanding but to get to it, we had to drive over grass. Not ideal really. Especially when the grass was so water logged. We had to unhook the caravan and use our motor mover to get the caravan in place. It caused a massive mess on the grass. We were later told that someone could have helped us but the issue was, the lady on reception who was new wouldn't have known we may have needed help so we were not offered it beforehand. You are squashed in like sardines, on our pitch there were two pitches directly behind us and worse for them the only sight they had was of the toilet block. I am not kidding - it was 2m in front of their caravan! The electricity kept tripping out - yes it is a low voltage but we have camped in campsites all over the UK and Europe and never in my life have I had this issue. We had to switch everything off to be able to use the kettle. Not normal. In the end on Easter Sunday we left a day early as I was fed up with electric tripping. Plus having paid £114 for 3 nights then potentially spending more on top for electric makes it an expensive site with poor facilities. Chris the grounds guy was lovely and the lady in reception is basically picking up the pieces. The showers are not nice at all and my daughter who used them, said they were very poor. Good luck to the new wardens and Chris, you are great. But you have a huge job on your hands to update this site. We won't be back though to check!

Only stayed the one night but had a really lovely night. The hosts/owners were very friendly & helpful. The site & facilities were clean & spacious - we walked 10/15 mins into Filey - a lovely walk. Enjoyed the night in Filey. Would definitely stay here again!
