This was a wonderful place to stay while walking the Pennine Way. I arrived a little early but was warmly welcomed into a pretty and comfortable room. The house and garden were beautiful and it felt quite a treat to relax there after a long day's walking. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, including fruit and yogurt as well...

The breakfast is the best I've had with a huge choice. The buffet is SO impressive with a variety of different fresh fruit salads, 2-3 different...

Of the many B&Bs we stayed in during our recent trip to England, this was the best. Not only is it located in an amazing setting, but the hosts are delightful and the breakfast outstanding. This is within easy walking distance of the town bus stop and of the local cheese company -- itself a fun tourist attraction. Rooms are...

It was a Mon to Fri booking for my parents and they were not disappointed. The house has 4 rooms which are a good price in such a competitve area. I booked Room 4 for the countryside view, and it did not disappoint. On arrival the house and the grounds provide...
