We have just come back from a superb break in the Yew lodge. It’s our 4th stay at Flowery dell, and again it didn’t disappoint ! Lodge was superbly set out, clean and comfortable. Lots of little touches here and there that just makes it more special. The sun room was a great addition. The staff are superb, and always make booking/arrival/departure process simple and efficient. The dogs absolutely love it here and simply relax as soon as they arrive. As for us adults….a lovely hot tub in the evening whilst it’s freezing/clear night sky…pretty much perfect!! See you all again soon

This was recommended to us by family. Just what we needed , peace and quiet in the gateway to the Dales. Booking was easy and we were welcomed by Sandy in reception with a warm smile. She gave clear instructions to our lodge , Holly. This two storey lodge was beautifully equipped and left us with nothing but a warm feeling. It just felt like home. There was a lovely welcome pack of tea coffee, milk, sugar, hot chocolate and marshmallows and biscuits. I had mentioned the break was a treat for our anniversary and there was a bottle of wine and chocolates. What a lovely touch. The kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal if you so wish and had dishwasher and washer dryer for your convenience. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath and loads of towels. The bed was super comfy and the feather duvets so cosy. The hot tub a real luxury which we used every day and this is checked early each morning for hygiene levels/ quality . This is done from outside and is unobtrusive so not disturbed. There is everything in the under stairs cupboard to keep the lodge clean and even a good stock of games for the family. The views of trees and squirrels and rabbits just lovely and will definitely be returning again soon I hope. You need to be quite strong and agile to raise the hot tub lid , although we soon got the hang of it. Enjoy, book soon.…

Our third visit to Flowery Dell and we're already planning the next one! We stayed in Ash Lodge for the second time and it was brilliant again, had everything we needed and was lovely and clean as always. The hot tub is brilliant too and the main thing we look forward to every trip! Love how dog friendly the lodge and the whole area is meaning our two dogs always have a great time too! Spent 3 nights at Flowery Dell Lodges with husband, 16 yr old son and our dog. What a lovely place. The lodge was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the welcome bag was a lovely touch.

We stayed in Holly cabin for a lovely relaxing week. The hot tub was great even when raining and is checked unintrusively twice a day.Everything you need is provided.Only slight disappointment was that we booked this cabin as it said the lounge was carpeted and as our dog does not walk well on wooden floors this seemed ideal, but when we arrived we found that it was wooden floors, this did not affect our enjoyment and won't prevent us returning,but description on website should really be updated.Overall, these cabins and the site in general are immaculate and well worth a visit.Richmond itself is a very nice town and the Holly Hill Inn does lovely bar lunches

Frank our sincere apologies for the error on our website we had updated the pictures showing the laminating flooring but not the text. This has now been rectified. All our lodges for hygiene now have either laminate or wood floors but on request we can provide a rug for your dog as can appreciate that some dogs don't walk well or are not used to hard floors. So pleased you enjoyed your stay and we very much look forward to seeing you again in the future.

As usual we had a great week at Flowery Dell , Honeysuckle Lodge was clean and well presented as always, since the last time we stayed in this lodge a lovely hot tub has been installed making a lovely lodge even better. As always staff were really friendly and nothing was to much bother. All in all a lovely quiet relaxing week in a wonderful atmosphere.

We booked 4 days as a last minute anniversary treat. We don't have a dog and came upon this place after searching for lodges that don't allow dogs - increasingly difficult to find! Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike dogs and work in a very dog friendly pub but just wanted a break from them! Flowery Dell have two, no pet lodges and we stayed in Whitebeam. Whitebeam is a luxury lodge for two with a sauna and hot tub. Beautifully equipped with everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. I agree with all the glowing comments from previous reviews - all well deserved but just have to reiterate the sense of peace and relaxation you will experience from this beautiful and tranquil place. Add in a hot tub to ease any aches and pains and you will leave feeling calm, relaxed and recharged. So if like us you're not a dog owner and worry your peace will be disturbed by barking dogs - it won't - I never heard one once! Finally I can't not mention the staff - super friendly and helpful a real cherry on the top of a fabulous business they have built - we will be back! …

Thank you so much for being so accommodating to our last minute night away for our wedding anniversary! The lodge was absolutely spotless & the hot tub was lovely to relax in, even when raining!! We watched the rabbits running around all night long & woke up to them still this morning which was gorgeous while having an early morning dip! 🥰 The bottle of wine for our anniversary was a beautiful touch, especially as we only booked an hour before we arrived! Thank you so much. The staff were amazing and helpful! We had a wonderful time and will certainly be recommending yourselves to others along with returning ourselves!! ❤️

Our 12th holiday at Flowery Dell, always delivers luxury, comfort, tranquility. Our dogs love it. So convenient for local amenities, only a walk away. Highly recommend a stay here. Nature in abundance. Hot tub so relaxing. Local pubs serve fabulous meals. Ideal for your furbabies. Richmond just a 15 min walk away. The dogs love a paddle in the river and a walk around the castle.

Another wonderful holiday at Flowery Dell. The lodge was fantastic, really clean and spacious. It had lovely views from the terrace and veranda. Lots of wild life , rabbits , squirrels and various species of birds kept us amused watching their antics. The hot tub was great, kept spotlessly clean and was very relaxing. Flowery Dell is a fantastic peaceful place to really switch from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Will definitely be our go too destination when we need chill out . The owners and staff are really welcoming and can’t do enough to make your stay memorable.
