Stayed for one night. Went especially to listen to Steve Phillips and The Rough a Diamonds. Room clean and comfortable. Ate in bar, steak deal, 2 steak meals and bottle of wine for £29.95. Excellent value. Breakfast cooked to order. Will definitely visit again

A warm and inviting place to eat. A very good selection of meals available. We had the Friday night special, steak night. It was unbeatable. A huge steak dinner, special sauces and A bottle of red or white wine. Great value at £29.95 for two.

Called in our first night staying in RHB looking fir a meal and drinks but sadly the hotel was not serving any food (23 December). The bar felt cold and uninviting (the ghost of Christmas past came to mind) with only three other customers present at 6:30-7pm and a TV playing in the background before a large coach party of...

We asked for a quiet room, which was on the third floor, the room was great with a lovely en suite with a shower over the bath and it was nice and quiet, we could not hear any noise from the bar. On the Tuesday night, Steve Phillips and...

This is a lovely place in a great location. The breakfasts were the best I have had and the staff were lovely. We only really used the Grosvenor as a base as we were out strait after breakfast and returned early evening. My only criticism was the size of the ensuite as I had to back into the shower to...

We have walked past this hotel 100's of times while just visiting for the day not knowing that it had a bar open to the public. We will definately be coming back here. The staff we saw were all so friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We only had the breakfast but that was delicious...

Popular local pub serving really value for money food. Great atmosphere especially on Tuesday nights when live music on. Fish dishes really tasty understand these are sourced and caught locally by landlord.
