Robin Hoods bay is such a special place. And a very special place to stay is The Grosvenor Hotel at the top of the village. The reason? Well firstly it is so clean. I stayed in what they call the budget room! However with all the facilities in the room and the size of it I thought they had upgraded...

We ate in the pub area on 4 February 2016. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, old world cosy traditional decor in rich colours. The menu had a good selection of pub style meals. The food was nicely presented and very tasty. The Grosvenor Hotel is a few minutes walk from the top of the bay. I would be happy...

Couple of days getaway over a Fri/Sat night, small double room £100 bed and breakfast. Room was quite small but adequate with wardrobe, dressing table, bedside lights. Extremely 'tight' ensuite with shower cubicle no bath. Hot water, no problems with pressure, radiators very warm so room cosy (could turn off if you needed to). Large flat screen 32" wall mounted...

Once again we had a lovely break and even though the decorators were in it didn't spoil our enjoyment. As a previous reviewer has mentioned it would be a good idea to have hooks in the bathroom but apart from that our stay was very enjoyable (as it was the 1st time we came and we will certainly be returning)....

Booked a 4 night b and b break for 2 people. Sort of knew the pub part of the hotel after visiting on a Tuesday night to see steve phillips play (amazing) but was unsure what the hotel itself would be like ..... was amazed how good it was for the money we paid! Stayed in room 8 overlooking tennis...

Great location. Friendly staff. Good Food. Fabulous breakfast. Very competitively priced. Local car park across road was free due to the timing of our visit but reasonable when charges apply at £5.50 for 24 hours. Does what it says on the tin. Will go back again if we re-visit Robin Hoods Bay. Would only say that maybe a couple of...

PROS: Very friendly welcome by the staff as they were throughout our stay. The room was very good, spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant is very good, plenty of it and reasonably priced, the cod & chips were fantastic! The full English breakfast was excellent and better than I have had in some major hotels. Live...

We booked this hotel for a short break. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the bar each night and the food was delicious and the portions large.
