When you turn up at a B&B you believe to have booked online to find the place was fully booked then you have few options.... Fortunately we were referred to Terry and Ingleby House who had space. At a price similar to what we would have paid for a room elsewhere we were able to stay in The Studio -... More

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great stay.... Terry was a fine host,,, we stayed for three nights in the Tudor and one in the studio... They both had their own individual charm and were great value for money... Will definitely return,,, the prices here don`t go into rip-off status in school hols....

Seriously worry that this guy thinks that offering dungeon accommodation is ok? Just because you have a dog does not make you a leper!!! He advertises dog friendly accommodation but seriously when you get there and see how he looks at your dog (ours is a timid rescue dog) you have to wonder about him! He advertises dog friendly rooms... More

Stayed in the 'Pine Room' a few years ago on a stay over trip to Robin Hood's Bay. I thought the room was clean and tidy and warm enough during the stay. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, basin and w/c. The double bed was comfy and gave me a good nights sleep.

My husband and I have visited Robin Hoods Bay before so we knew what to expect from the place. We just wanted a clean, comfortable room for us and our Labrador for one night. The pub and guest house The Bay Hotel were full and recommended to us the Ingleby. My husband called and booked The Den room for the... More

Stayed in the Studio for 3 nights in August . Very cozy with great sea views. Excellent value as it is self catering which cut down on food/drink expenditure over the three days. Everything you need and all very clean. We only saw Terry once but he was around if needed,a great host! Fantastic little pub opposite, The Dolphin, and... More

Have stayed on more than one occasion and absolutely love it - going back later this year, can't get enough of this place! The views are stunning, and Terry's hospitality is legendary. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

We have stayed in The Studio at Ingleby House around eight times now and we love it!!! It is a well-equipped quirky apartment with fantastic views across the bay and over the rooftops of the village. It is a very short walk to the sea and several eateries serving good food .The owner, Terry, is great. He is very friendly,... More
