Stayed in room 1 for one night .It is small as we expected so no problem. slept well & enjoyed the cooked breakfast in the morning... (the port hole window in the bathroom is a great idea ). Ideally situated for the long coastal walk to whitby which we enjoyed also.

Stayed for 3 nights at this very warm & welcoming B&B. The breakfast was very well cooked & satisfying. We will definitely be coming here again. Well situated for joining the Cleveland way walk. Thank you Rachel for looking after us.

In a perfect spot for the Cleveland way. Very friendly and we'll run. Clean and a great cooked breakfast. Room was a little small but everything you need. Value for money and would recommend. A short walk for a drink and food. Car park I can imagine not being easy if you don't get into one of the 2 spaces... More

The only downside was the on suite bathroom it was that small no room to move. the wardrobe space was bigger than the bathroom . The shower cubicle was so small you had to put one side of your body... More

We just stayed overnight bed and breakfast but it was just the job. Parking for one car outside the house but on street parking available. Just 10 minutes walk down to the sea front. We were there to cycle so ideal for cinder track in either direction. Our bikes were stored safely round the back. The rooms were clean and... More

Only stayed one night as part of cycle ride. Rooms clean, breakfast great and nothing too much trouble - even found space to store our bikes overnight. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back. All booked over the internet.
