We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel is fine and clean, the breakfast is spot on but the evening meals our group had were absolutely shocking. I had a mixed grill that was £18 and it was a shocker with the steak barely seeing the grill, a dogs bone devoid of meat instead of a lamb chop and...

We stayed here for two nights room only. Firstly, I have to say that the hotel itself was perfectly adequate. The greeting was welcoming, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. I would have preferred a bath in the bathroom instead of only a shower but that's just a small niggle. We didn't eat at the hotel,...

Exactly what you'd expect. Helpful staff and speedy check in. Decent sized room and a good location - Close and convenient to the M1. The hotel has some nice places to eat - within 10 minutes drive of the hotel.

The check in was a bit odd, seems that they are trying to be really modern, one of the check in computers is on the customer side of the counter, with the receptionist standing next to you. Very odd. Clean and basic room. The bar is MASSIVLY overpriced, i had a pint of coke and a bottle of cider and...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we took it very seriously and have slightly adjusted our prices. As well we are getting windows upgrade in Jan 2017, which should help in stopping the noise from nearby turbines and motorway. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you...

Had a comfy stay at the ibis. Ordered food in the restaurant and paid £10.75 for a Chicago town pizza, which is normally £3 in supermarkets. Also the receptionist gave us the most expensive taxi company to our venue. (As on the way back it was a lot cheaper) Expected a 'cheapish' night and turned into a expensive one due...

I checked in online prior to arrival which was easy to follow and received a text to say room ready. Approx 3 hours later arrived given key and welcomed at reception got to room to find not cleaned from previous guest! Staff extremely helpful, apologetic and went out of their way to make rest of stay stress free.

Stayed one night to break the journey from Bournemouth to Hull. Very reasonable price so wasn't expecting much. Friendly staff who had no problem in finding a quieter room when the first suffered from traffic noise. Good size and excellent bathroom. We ate out on the evening but the breakfast was perfectly acceptable and the usual price for this type...
