This was our second visit to the Towers for our legandary annual get together. It never fails to disappoint - our rooms are some homely and cosy and exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are amazing - filled us all up for the day ahead. We were all ready for our evening meals however as the chef here is...

Good place to stay. Could be warmer with better water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was fab though. Kippers, poached eggs, full English, whatever you want. Lovely! Would stay again and good atmosphere in the public bar.

We have eaten twice here over the last week for different occasions. The first was to try the steak night - oh boy what a treat! The steaks were excellent quality, perfectly cooked and served with just enough of everything. The extras available are reasonably priced. The wine choice was good, all in all a good value meal out. The...

We've stayed at Beadnell Towers before and have always had a brilliant time. Quirky hotel with great food. Between Christmas and New Year we stayed at a nearby cottage to visit relatives and spent a great New Year's Eve at BT with family. The food was yummy, the atmosphere lovely (the staff are exceptional) and to top it all off there...

The hotel sits along the coast and is within easy reach of all the castles and many places of interest. It is a basic, clean and functional hotel, however, there is no lift. Our room was on the top floor and the female member of staff who booked us in very kindly carried my husbands large case up the two...

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you did`nt enjoy your NYE celebration at Beadnell Towers. As a gesture of good we wrote off all your drinks. Incidentally, it wasn't just a token gesture. As you have stated, your complaint was dealt with professionally & competently. You mentioned £66 per person wasn't a good deal, it was overpriced....

no wifi in the room, no hot water in the shower, but plenty of noise from the kitchen below the room... I made the mistake of having an evening meal... the worst possible service... wasn't offered a menu, nobody took an order until I went and got attention... whitebait starter was overcooked and tasteless... turkey and ham pie wasn't a...

As you can imagine we are appalled by your review. The only thing I agree with is that I failed to deal with the two grievances you mentioned – ‘Wi-Fi & hot water in the shower’ with empathy. I apologise. You are aware I have already contacted you and provided screenshots from Booking.com which advises potential guests that access to...
