Overall great place & location. The main thing that lets it down is lack of attention to the self catering kitchen (reception on ground floor, kitchen on 5th floor....). e.g.. fridge freezing food, freezer frosted right up and not usable, inconsistent monitoring of cleanliness, extractor...More

We are looking at re-stocking and re-freshing the self catering kitchen so we take your comments on board. Sometimes the issues that arise aren’t reported to us which makes a timely response very difficult. But we are doing what we can.
