Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We just spent a night at the B&B but it left us wanting more. Julie is a very welcoming and accommodating hostess. Nothing was too much trouble and every little need was met in the room, which was beautifully furnished. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent choice of food. The house is ideally located in Seahouses and near most of the main parts of the town. Would definitely go again.

Wonderful little bed and breakfast stones throw away from the harbour. The owner Julie is so lovely and welcoming into her home. The guests lounge was beautiful and so was our bedroom. We had a fabulous nights sleep. The bathroom was just as nice with a red hot shower. There was a great choice at breakfast in the dining room with a roaring open fire. My hubby had a cooked breakfast whilst I opted for a bacon sandwich with crispy bacon as requested by myself. This accommodation is highly recommended. Thank you Julie so much for making us very welcome. Carolyn & Andy

Fantastic short break here at The Bakehouse. Superb accommodation, rooms spacious and well appointed.
Breakfast to suit all tastes, cooked to perfection and served in a relaxed atmosphere by our host Julie.
Ideally located less than a minutes walk from the harbour, and perfect starting point for walks along the beach in either direction.
All in all, excellent, thanks.

The gem in Seahouse's Crown. The Bakehouse B and B is out of this world. Hosted by the warmest lady you could wish to meet. Julie went out of her way to make us most welcome ensuring our stay was one to treasure and remember. The most comfiest beds and relaxing lounge area topped off with beautifully cooked breakfasts. Thanks Julie you have the most wonderful place to stay and so central yo the beautiful Northumberland coast and surroundings. Lee and Yvonne x

We had an amazing week at The Bakehouse in seahouses.
The location is perfect, just 2 mins walk from the harbour.
The cottage is exceptional, very clean and today. With all amenities you will ever need. A welcome pack was provided when we arrived, with a much needed bottle of Malbec.
The decor is lovely. Julie is a brilliant host

Would definitely recommend.

What a little gem this b&b is. Comfy bed, great shower and super breakfast served by Julie our fabulous host. Super handy for all the local bars and restaurants. It's not hard to see why this place is so popular. So glad we managed to squeeze in a stay and we will definitely return.

There must be other brilliant B & B's, but I'm so pleased that we found this one. Julie is the most wonderful host, nothing too much trouble. Beautifully presented bedrooms, super showers, excellent selection of teas, hot chocolate etc & some lovely biscuits. Breakfast was cooked to order & superb. Thank you Julie.
