The breakfasts at Crosshill house set the standard against which all others will be measured. Excellent "Full English Breakfast", but lots of other delicious choices as well: fresh fruit, yoghurt cereal, lox, etcetera. Rooms are clean and comfy and Roberta and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Laxton itself is a very picturesque village and historically interesting as well.

The location is lovely and opposite a top pub for food, and next to a commons farm site. The rooms are comfortable, clean and appointed with everything you need in a B&B. What... More

We went to a wedding reception a couple of miles away and stayed at Crosshills for the night. A very comfortable room with a very clean en-suite, and all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast in the morning set you up for the rest of the day, cereals and a full English cooked the way you like it.
