Broke my journey from home to Lincoln. Getting here from the south just isn't easy - luckily I'd done my homework (google street view) or I probably wouldn't have made it. You have to find a small track (looks like someone's drive at first) which runs parallel to the A1. Once there you have the hotel, a Burger King and...

Stay here on a nights stop to Newcastle. The room and hotel felt dirty and the room was in need of decorating. The bathroom and shower were not cleaned properly with long black hairs in the bath and a disgusting looking item pushed down the plug hole. Will stick with premier inn

Very clean and warm. The bathroom was a little odd to say the least. It was clearly designed with the 'vertically challenged' visitor in mind, vas the bath was at most 4feet long and the over bath shower was fixed at about 5feet. The towells were a little threadbare & the shower cutain was ripped( I found this to be...

The reason this isn't poor is because we were able to move rooms on our 2nd night of 3 to room 20 which has a perfectly comfortable bed. The bed in room 22 caves in the middle and creaks and squeaks with even a slight turn, I lost most of my sleep. To put guests in this room is completely...

We paid just £34 per night here and stayed 3 nights. The chap on reception when I checked in was friendly, informative and suggested lots of eating possibilities which was a great help. (I think his name was Jon) He was a great help so thank you. The room was clean and I feel that the cleaners also do a...

Friendly staff, easy check in - basic but then this is not a high end hotel. Clean and comfortable, there are notes raving about the beds but for me, too soft but that's personal preference. Rooms were clean and the place looks newly decorated.

My room was large comfortable and quiet with fresh decor. The hotel is on the A1, very handy if your working in the Retford area. There are lots of places to...
