We stayed here as part of the groupon deal for my partners birthday, the place certainly has the wow factor. Where ever you look there is something to snap and the reception in the double decker and outside areas are beautiful. We had a lovely meal in the Thai restaurant but as others have said rice/ noddles were extra which...

Generally very good and the rooms have the WOW factor and staff really helpful, BUT took forever to get served in the restaurant, after 4.5 hrs we still hadn't been asked for our desserts so disappointingly left early, also we would of ordered wine if given a wine list, cocktails took just over an hour also. It was a Tuesday...

we had the most amazing time no complaints .Reception is great but the staff just treat it as an everyday thing, which is a shame . Champagne on arrival and a bottle in our room very nice Food was hot, good quality and tasty, you do have to buy the rice which is a bit weird as who has curry...

Stayed for 1 night in suite 1. First impressions, very cool funky room - great TV and bed, no traffic noise at all. However no door to the loo really annoys me..and there is not one bright light anywhere to be able to see to put make up on. I love a quirky bedroom but this class of hotel should...

The good- reception very quirky with the bus and nice glass of champagne, bar staff very welcoming and helpful with our G&Ts, we ate in the Thai restaurant which was very nice and there was a nice bottle of champagne in our room...which was all to the good..... as the downside, we were on room 10 which is a cottage...

This was a Groupon offer with a 3 course meal included. Arrived 20 mins before check in and was told the room would be ready for 3pm, finally got into the room 345pm. The room was very dark with one small window each end of the room, I must have bumped my head 12 times on the wooden beams. However...

bought groupon voucher, what a disappointment! no one told us suite down a dark lane in a cottage, up 2 flights stairs, and I use a stick. room quirky but impractical, open plan bathroom, sloping walls to hit head on, no tea or coffee. down lane in dark and rain for dinner, pathetic! menu limited and half required supplement, ok if you like pork,leeks...

Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary. We were in suite 1 which on the face of it seemed like a really cool and funky room. Great plasma TV, comfy bed and plenty of space. However, I think the designers were more focused on looking good, rather than being practical. For example, there was no door for the toilet;...
