Nice stay away for work in a very pleasant hotel with good facilities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the surrounding area of Oxfordshire. The food was excellent but drinks a bit expensive. The spa with its pool, steam room and sauna were great to relax after a days work. The staff in the...

I stayed here over new year and had quite a pleasant stay. Staff were nice enough, the lady who checked us in was rather unhelpful, didn't really tell us any information about dinner, the facilities or breakfast times but luckily it was all written in the room. The room was nice enough. Very warm, nice bathroom and bed comfy. Breakfast...

We booked this via a wowcher for a three day new year break. Food was really rather good and the entertainment was ok. Staff really very good and pleasant to be around. Room was not that exciting. Shower dribbled out and the hot water was positively dangerous. I decided I would have a bath each morning instead of my usual...

The price was competitive and low especially for new year! So easy to find; next to the exit but not noisy at all. Didn't need a map or any directions to find it! Easy, plentiful parking. Arrived over an hour early and went in on the off chance- despite the receptionist obviously training someone she knew quickly that our room...

We stayed here on New Year's Eve after booking on a last minute website. All of the staff we had contact with were lovely and the room was very good (room 60) We had some noisy neighbours, but it was New Year's Eve! There is very little noise from the road and we would definitely stay again.

4 star hotel, pictures look nice on the internet - couldnt be further from the truth in reality. Booked in with a rude reception staff member. Hardly spoke to us, we werent told we could use the facilities as she didnt tell us. Told us our room number and told us it was on the first floor. When i asked...

This is our third time at this hotel in about 8 years. I have to say nothing has changed or been updated which I think is a shame as from the outside it's a nice hotel. The staff were pleasant both in the bar and for breakfast, but for breakfast they seemed keener on setting up for lunch than helping...

My husband and I stayed in room 58 here after attending a wedding nearby, how I wish we hadn't! We paid a "discounted wedding rate" of £110 to stay in what was one of the worst rooms I've stayed in for a long time.. without taking into consideration this is supposedly a 4 star hotel. I could kind of look...

Very lovely hotel with a great spa area! The pool was very warm, it was like stepping into a bath which was very relaxing. The Jacuzzi was very hot also, and the sauna and steam rooms were perfect! The spa offered free coffee and tea which was nice. Hotel was within a 15 minute walk to the town center and...

43 of us attended a dinner in the Sherbourne suite. The three course meal was good and the suite was ideal for an event like this. We stayed overnight in room 22 which is a large room with a modern four poster bed. The bedroom was great although access was via a relatively narrow staircase. The staff were very helpful...
