Amazing pheasant with red cabbage!Great value on Wowcher offer, £69 dinner, bed and breakfast. Lovely walk in the tiny village, such peace, only the sound of pheasants!Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

All the staff were very friendly and made us feel really welcome. The roaring log fire was very cosy and we enjoyed sitting, chatting and drinking wine. The food was excellent - we all had 3 courses both evenings and every dish was lovely. It is a lovely 16th century building that is a little tired, as you would expect,...

We booked a weekend on a wowcher deal and all in all it was good value for money. It would not have been though if we had paid the usual usual price. From the previous reviews their is a pattern developing and this report is the same. Food and service were fantastic lead by Simon and his team. Our accommodation...

We had a lovely stay here at the Crown, the staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. The log fire was very welcoming. The room was very clean and tidy and the food was amazing. There wasn't much around there so you have to drive if you want to go anywhere. It was great for a relax and...

We stayed at The Crown for 2 nights on a deal and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was excellent and the staff friendly, however the room was a little tired and needed some attention, some silly minor things, light bulbs not working etc. Our friends also stayed and their room was very cold and musty smelling. Hope the management sort...

Booked this on a two night deal, stayed one night. Do not know who wrote some of the reviews but they obviously did not stay where we stayed. On arrival a funeral party of approx 400 seemed assembled, no problem we left for Ludlow and returned later. Met by nice young lady who showed us to a cottage room, which...

We had a pleasant enough stay. The room was good, the bed enormous and the whole place was comfortable. Dinner was very good, although the belly pork could have been better, but there could be no complaints about the portions. Two courses and neither of us could find the room for pudding. The Full English Breakfast was very good as...
