My little girl and I spent 3 wonderful nights here, and i can't say enough amazing things! Nothing was too much for Christina & Nick. My little one was included in every animal activity along with their grandchildren, from feeding the lambs to brushing the shetland pony, she even called Nick 'Pop-pop' .We played in the river, went on beautiful walks, and even collected and ate fresh eggs. it was just a wonderful trip from start to finish. We will defiantly be back! xxx
What a joy this little family run B&B farm stay was. Christina and Nick are the most wonderful hosts I have ever met. They were like family by the time we left. The children had endless fun helping out with the animals away from all technology! The accommodation wonderful, breakfasts were brilliant and scenery outstanding. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back!
Very clean, cosy room, with excellent shower and lovely views along the valley and so peaceful. Excellent breakfast, such an accommodating couple, nothing was too much trouble. The White Horse in Clun is worth a visit, food good and it has its own brewery! We will return, to Bush Farm and the White Horse.
Christina and Nick couldn't have made us feel more welcome. The hayloft is very cosy, decorated very tastefully and importantly very clean. Tea and homemade cake were brought to our room which was a lovely welcoming touch and Christina was incredibly knowledgable in answering all our questions about things to do, places to visit and recommended some excellent pubs for food. Breakfast was superb with local sausages and bacon and their own eggs. The location is stunning and both Christina and Nick are excellent hosts. We shall definitely be back!
Single traveller sought peace, countryside, rest, rambling river, fields, warmth, chickens and most of all a lovely place to stay in. The best few days I have had in a long while. Thank you so much. After a lovely slow drive to Clunton, I found the farm down their lane (not far from the main road so easy to find). Parked right in front of the farmhouse. Nick and Christina are lovely, so welcoming with tea and cake on the lawn with the chickens and sparrows, also with hundreds of butterflies. I stayed in the hayloft which was spotless and the bed was brill. Lots of books to read. I spent my time there wandering the hedge rows, paddling in the little river watching the fish and birds, exploring the landscape and the hazel bushes. Went to the Crown for yummy food, went to Bury Ditches with my two walking sticks and supports and managed to get to see the truly amazing Shropshire circular surroundings from the top (this took a long time and many rest stops). At night the peace descends, the cows wander down the lane, the moths fly about, the birds settle down and the bats fly around. There are no cars, no noise, complete peace and also knowing that my hosts were next door and there if I needed them. I intend to go back in the Autumn if possible, This really is a rural idyll. …
