I held an event here recently and was really impressed . Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, they attended to our every need and were extremely friendly. The booking/planning process was easy with regular updates from the events and sales managers and again, they did everything they could to meet our needs. Cant fault a thing....

Business trip to Telford, booked in for two nights. late arrival but receptionist was welcoming and friendly, a great start to my stay. Room clean and good space, lighting could be a little brighter but not so bad. Good size bathroom. Radiators in the room on full blast all day and all night and could not find a way of...

Great location but could do with freshening up, it's very clean & the price reasonable. The warm, friendly staff make up for the very cold rooms as they can't do enough for you & the food is fantastic

Stayed here while visiting family in Shifnal, so all we were looking for was B&B. The room was absolutely fabulous for the price. We didn't use the bar but passed through it and thought that it was not a very welcoming place - it was populated by local men having a pint who were unwilling to shift their chair so...

Shifnal is a good place to stay and the Park House Hotel is a somewhat old fashioned but comfortable place. Creaky old lift which did get stuck on one occasion Good cooked breakfast and a friendly bar area. Bar food not brilliant

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend whilst visiting family in the area. We received a warm welcome and checked into our double room. The room was period panelled and full of character. Lovely and clean with a comfy bed. We had a problem with no hot water that was quickly resolved by the manager. We ate in Butlers...

Having been returning and valued customer for the past 15 years I would like to highly recommend staying at the Park house. The building has many lovely features. It is very warm and inviting, spotlessly clean, very friendly and have efficient staff. We have been to many evening functions and have never been disappointed, the food quality is of a...

My husband wanted to take me out for a treat for Valentines and booked a table at the Valentines Ball. The evening started off bad with the position of our table....it was right at the back of the stage area and in front of a doorway, in fact you might just as well put us in the corridor. Even the...

My husband and myself had been planning our Ruby Anniversary for some time, and after several visits to other hotels we decided on Park House Hotel, we had several meetings with our events organiser Sharon Flavell. After counting down to the weekend of our Anniversary, it was finally here, we checked in, reception staff were lovely. Our room was very nice. We...

Set in two gracious 17th century buildings with some fantastic period features this hotel could be stylish, elegant and desirable. But a place like this needs passion and imagination to make it work. Most of all, it needs a gifted management team committed to a precious heritage building. I couldn't see much evidence of this at the Park House Hotel....
