Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Unaware if the rooms have been refurbished or its a new hotel so we were pleasantly surprised on our stay here. Our family room including the hotel were super clean and surpassed our Premier Inn expectations, excellent new décor as well. Plenty of parking and easy options for food.

Is a very Clean Hotel. Bed super confy, I like the pillows, towels... The Internet is really bad, you do not stay connected even paying for the package. I could not work or make Teams Call via the Internet The room is Cold. Heat in the first flor do not work. The shower do not mix well hot and cold water and the keep changing while showering. they do not clean your room unless you let the reception know you want your room clean.

Very handy to get to and find - we were greeted by a friendly and helpful lady at reception - the room was up to the usual good standard. My only complaint (as usual!) is that you cannot open the window for fresh air. We ate in the attached Table Table both nights and both breakfast and dinner were good - the only issue was that service was a little slow although it didn't bother us as we were in no hurry at dinner and had allowed ourselves plenty of time. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Very happy with our stay the room was clean the bed was amazing! The breakfast well, that was a different story. The very expensive £10.99 breakfast had the smallest choice of food. The restaurant was unclean and the food was very poor quality. Save your money and go to the McDonald's across the road. I was VERY disappointed with the breakfast

This Premier Inn has recently received a major refurbishment (which was much needed!) I'm pleased to say the rooms are now modern and spotless! It's now one of the best Premier Inns we've stayed in, great staff and convenient location. Definitely recommend!
