Thank you for your review from your stay with us. I am sorry that on this occasion you did not enjoy your stay with us. I will address your issues regarding the cleanliness of the bedroom with our Housekeeping manager as our cleanliness standards are very high which I am sure you are aware of from previous stays so it is disappointing to see that on this occasion this standard was not upheld. In regards to the fire alarm activating, I am sorry that you did not feel that you received a sufficient response and I can appreciate the upset that this caused your family, however upon the alarm being triggered we do have to ensure that guests are kept safe hence why the evacuations occurred. The cause of the alarm was dealt with and the building was then safe to return to. Evacuating the hotel is to uphold the safety of our guests until it is thoroughly investigated. I am sorry that this has tarnished your impression of the hotel, however I haven't yet received an email regarding this complaint so if you wish to still contact me then please email me on leannmcallister@draytonmanor.co.uk Thank you once again.

I haven't stayed in the presidential suite but in the normal family rooms, the couch rolls out into a double bed.
