A wonderful stay at this amazing hotel and spa. Arrived at the stunning hotel and greeted with a warm welcome by the team. Shown to our rooms and we had two in the ground floor coaching wing. Stunning with amazing showers, baths with televisions, comfortable beds & good tea and coffee facilities. Lots of lovely little touches. The Spa was absolutely out of this world. The best one I have ever been to. The pools, whirlpool jacuzzis leading up the outdoor one, the layout of the loungers inside and out in the lush gardens, the saunas, the stream rooms and so many more facilities. You are completely spoilt and the treatments (massage) are excellent. Even complimentary classes throughout the day and we did a high intensity class with Dan, in a very well equipped gym, which was great. The bar has live music in the evenings and a great martini! Bar menu in the main hotel is good. The salads and spa lunch menu was perfect. Great grain bowl and Caesar salad . Breakfast is a delicious buffet or a la carte so the best of both worlds. Lots of tasty bread and extras like smoked salmon and yoghurts made in the county. Two days is not enough! Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel and spa for a wonderful stay.…

I had such an amazing experience at pennyhill. The room was stunning and the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in. The spa was amazing, I really enjoyed the different steam rooms and especially the hydrotherapy pool. The staff in the spa and hotel were really accommodating and friendly.

Recently stayed at Pennyhill Park and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We ate in the bar and the service and food was amazing, the room was incredible that we stayed in! And breakfast the next morning was wonderful too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Arranging and recommending us transport etc as we went out for the evening for an event! Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for looking after us so well.

What a magnificent Hotel and Spa. My husband and I were here with friends to celebrate my 50th Birthday and what a fantastic time we had. Special thanks go to Natalie, she was superb. Natalie went above and beyond to make my birthday really special and was so attentive. I was made to feel so special by Natalie and Zeena. Dinner - the food was divine and the wine delectable. Spa - Splendid. Great area to relax and get pampered. Room - Elegant / Classic and just a beautiful Suite to host friends for drinks before dinner. The room had a super view and was furnished to a very high standard. I would recommend this hotel and facilities to anyone and we will defiantly be coming back. Thank you Pennyhill x

The Spa was excellent. Great selection of steam rooms and pools. All done to a high quality and good treatments. But the hotel rooms, maybe the section we were in but very dated, and a bit worn. Rooms service average and expensive and no water in the room???? The food was pretty average and the spa lunch menu very expensive for what it was. Also would have expected luxuries like make up remover and moisturiser in the spa, I even get that in my gym! So little disappointed

I was sorry however to see that you found your bedroom to be dated. We have a constant rolling program of refurbishment across the hotel, along with our day to day maintenance, and I hope on a future visit we can allocate you a refurbished room more to your taste. Each bedroom should have water as standard, so I have shared your feedback with our Head Housekeeper to ensure this is the case; I do apologise if it was missed. We have changed from plastic bottles to cans instead to lower our environmental impact. Our team are always on hand to deliver anything you need during your stay so please do just ask. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff, however… I don’t agree with the check in and out times. We stayed for 1 night, dinner too. We spent over £750 and the earliest you can check in is 4pm not to mention you have to checkout at 11am! How does it take a cleaner 5 hours to clean a room for the next person? To top it off, when we went to settle our bill we were informed we were not allowed to pay cash. How can a hotel not accept a British currency? I personally would never stay here again for these 2 reasons.

Dear M9289EDkatiej, Thank you for your review. I'm so pleased you found the staff to be friendly, but was sorry to learn of your disappointment. Check in when booking direct on our website is from 3pm, however when guests book through a third party then check in in from 4pm. This is just one of the benefits of booking direct, along with having access to the spa until 2pm the next day. We have been a cashless business for a few years now and this is written on our confirmations and website, and has been received without issue, however I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. I just wanted to drop the Pennyhill team a note to thank you for our recent overnight stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. We have been visiting regularly since 2011 (and married in 2016) at Pennyhill, following this stay I just wanted to give feedback that your team were absolutely exceptional. Attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The spa staff were also working hard in the background to ensure that all the pool areas were spotless with clean floors and plenty of cups and towels. The reception, bar and restaurant staff always greeted us with a smile and the service was brilliant. Please can I give special thanks to Adam who looked after us in the Hillfield restaurant on friday night. He was absolutely wonderful, so professional and such a lovely person - if you could please feed this back to him we would be grateful. Thank you very much for our complimentary upgrade and for the birthday dessert on arrival. Such a lovely gesture. We look forward to rebooking to our next stay and seeing you all again soon!…
