I am a regular visitor and generally spend 2/4 nights per month here. It is one of the older premises owned by the chain and that sometimes means a bit of a hike over several levels. Price can be quite variable as sometimes - such as Ascot races - they are completely full. Well worth making an early booking/ It...

Good Beefeater restaurant with helpful polite staff. Rooms usual premier inn standard very clean. Reception staff on this visit were not particularly helpful or interested. Which is unusual for premier inn staff. Decent size car park, close to major roads easy to find. Fab garden centre just down then road.

Staying here for the second time to take in the Ascot racing. Whilst the adjoining beefeater bar and restaurant is very good as it was the last time we stayed, this time we were in room 127 from where I am writing this review. At 6am both mornings we have been woken by singing kitchen staff who have then made...

Stayed in room 121 which looks out onto a roof with an extremely noisy air con unit on it. Very difficult to sleep. Hotel is tired but the room is clean. Have stayed here before in a better room at the front of the building hence the mixed reviews I suppose.

The room we stayed in had wallpaper peeling off the wall in one corner. The noise from the road outside was obtrusive, because although it had double and secondary glazing, the extractor fan in the wall allowed the noise in. The rest of it was as expected, comfortable bed and clean.

Noisy party goers arriving back at hotel. 4 hours sleep night one, 5 hours sleep night 2. Good night guarantee was not forthcoming. Night 3 power cut! Still had no response from Premier head office. Not happy this visit

This is a lovely premier inn, staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good space. We were there for 3 nights. We asked for use of an iron and were able to keep that for our stay. Good comfy bed. Unfortunately on New Years Eve, the hotel had some less respectful guests, that partied and run along the...

Warm welcome and attention. Requested a quiet room and instantly attended to. ROOM 8 JANUARY, outside temperature at freezing but room windows were open with a fan on in the room. Can only assume the previous guests had been smoking but no trace, rather strange! Predictable quality if a bit aged and roughed up. Staff explained the local area and...

A really good stay after visiting relatives. Requested a quiet room over looking cricket pitch, which is what we got with room 122. It was huge as well! Though it did over look air conditioning units and what I thought was a fire escape) Food was tasty enough and plenty of it and all freshly cooked to order. While having...
