Rooms were comfy but have thin walls and awkward lighting.. Breakfast food and drinks were 2/10 (not nice) - I will not eat or drink here again. This hotel is not good quality but is ideal for a cheep 1 night stay. Bar/cafe isn’t comfy and is very cramped.

Had problems getting into our room at 8:30pm after a meal out. Staff were very helpful and got our room open within 15 minutes and offered us a complimentary drink. Cannot complain about the staff at all.

As our son was doing a course in Yateley, we stayed here on a Sunday night - excellent value at under £30! The hotel is in a great central location with a free car park and within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable and obviously very recently modernised as everything seemed new including the en suite which was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the check in and out was very easy. Would definitely return if we are in the area again.

Very convenient for Camberley train station, and very clean, and a warm friendly welcome on the desk. I left my bag as arrived earlier than early check in and came back later.

The room was - I think - above average for these types of hotels, very pleased. Super comfy bed, pillows and chair and the bathroom was very clean. The hand soap and shower gel dispenser labels were exchanged, which was weird, but it didn’t take a genius to realise that’s all it was. Towels were laid on bed in a stack with a welcome info card tucked in and toilet roll was folded to a sealed point - very nice.

Breakfast was ok. It took me a while to find someone (on a Saturday morning) to book/ask if I could sit … could’ve grabbed and left! Excellent scrabbled eggs, and there was plenty of everything.

Downside with my stay was the TV turned on at 6.45am … Saturday. I was woken at 4.15 by banging and crashing next door and was not at all rested after my stay.

The review SHOUKD BE a 4 for the room and facilities, friendly staff (though what seemed like skeleton service) but the point of a hotel is the sleep and I barely did.

Very pleased with moon checkout.

The lovely chap on reception said I’d get a little discount off my next stay as an apology for the 6.45am wake up, and as I plan visiting again I’ll edit my review to a 4.

The room ,very clean and comfortable.
Buffet breakfast on the Sunday .
The staff were very helpful and to be greeted with a smile from everyone just makes a world of difference to your visit, the breakfast/dinner/bar area is extremely clean and well maintained, the staff at breakfast never stopped tidying the buffet area and cleaning it , the food is excellent and all you want at a buffet .£54 for breakfast and a one night Sunday stay nothing else to say.

The customer service we received in this hotel throughout our stay was amazing. Every member of staff we came across were always cheerful and ready to help. My partner was very much impressed when a housekeeper asked us if our room was good and told us she cleaned that room and let the hotel know if we need anything. Breakfast staff were also very attentive. It is very clear that this hotel is under good management. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Central location near to the Camberley town centre. Amazing stay.

We thought our stay would be a positive one. But waking up in the morning with no running hot water was very inconvenient. Having to use the kettle to try to salvage a stand up wash is extremely disappointing as a basic requirement and expectation of paying for a nights stay. Not communicated to customers.

Hello let me share a little bit from my experience there. First when we arrived everything was fine on first look. We was there for more than day so in first morning we wake up from sound of cleaning stuff which was extremely loud. Then in the evening there was too many drunk people which use this place for cheap bar or I don't know. The hot water was sometimes there, sometimes not. I regret I tried to save some money and been there. On car park I got ticket when I had registered my car in reception. But most importantly things which happens is that when I leave the hotel they was calling and explaining about my stay to the hotels I booked already with same company. Which actually makes me feel so sad because I was thinking arrogance of semi manager was enough but I was wrong. This is cheapest hotel in the area and by price and by experience I got.

We stay here every year we find that the local shops bars and restaurants are great and easy to get out n about with the train station being so near. This we had noticed that the rooms have been spruced up with a fresh out look making it more pleasing. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This is a clean and modern Travelodge in a great location (right by the train station, bus stops, and a main car park (and limited Travelodge parking onsite). It is
less than 5min walk to town centre.
Staff could not be more helpful. I would definitely recommend this particular Travelodge...it is consistently good, quiet and has a pleasant onsite Bar/Cafe. If you don't want to venture into the town or order food in

I stayed here for three nights on a business trip. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no free parking as advertised on the website. Instead, I had to pay to park in a multistorey across the road which smelt very strongly of urine in the stairwell and was dangerous for a young woman alone. My room smelt very unpleasant with a strong stench of body odour, the windows were open in a bid to get rid of the smell. When I approached the front desk to ask for an alternative or solution, they said there were no other rooms available and sprayed the room with air freshner. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem and for three nights I stayed in a room with a very bad smell. There were no staff on the front desks or at the bar area, customers were calling for someone to help check in or serve drinks. I had paid £9.00 for the wifi which never connected to my phone or laptop. Overall, I would not stay here again.
