Our visit started being asked to produce vouchers which it later transpired we didn’t need (neither did we have them so it all started off very stress-fully) After we stood outside the room with bags and clobber while we waited (at gone 16:00) for the room to be made ready. The first room we were put in fulfilled none of...

Older part of hotel very pleasant newer part starting to look tired. Upon check in the man on reception wasn't customer focuses. He stated that we hadn't paid in advance, I said I had via Secret Escapes but he told me again that no payment had been received. A more senior lady looked at his screen and told me that...

Myself and my partner stayed here for one night. Our initial impressions were okay and the interior of the manor was pretty, but after arrival it was pretty much down hill from there. The room was very cold and we struggled to warm it, even with the heating on full whack! We then tried to go for a swim, but...

We`ve stayed there for one day for my fiance`s birthday. It was great. Place is beautiful, large rooms. Special credit for restaurant staff: Dariusz, Justyna and Kasia - were very helpful. They have organized a private room for us and our guests. It was just amazing. That`s what I call to go above and beyond guest expectations ! Well done...

Really can not fault this place whatsoever! Came here on a spa day with the boyfriend and was exactly what we both needed. When we arrived we were helped and pointed in the direction of the spa. When we got there, the woman on reception was lovely and warming and asked us if we had been there before. When we...

We were met by a very friendly receptionist. Our room was fab . lovely comfy bed . plenty of tea and coffee. The bathroom was great although I'm glad I took my own toiletries as I don't like lavender smell. ......We'd ordered a taxi through reception and were very prompt. A very pleasant overnight stay.

We held my mother in laws wake for family and friends. The hotel offer fixed cost per head to include food and drinks when you rent one of their reception rooms. Firstly the hotel is so warm and welcoming with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The food and service is second to none. The costs represent excellent value for money. One...

We booked the hotel through Secret Escapes and got a good deal at £89 for a Sunday night. The building is impressive, suddenly looming up after driving through some small suburban streets. Receptionists were very helpful, as was the night porter at 5 the following morning. The room and bathroom were very pleasant and spacious. A large and very comfortable...

Last year I wrote a review telling how terrible my visit to the spa and lunch in the hotel was. I revisited last week and was pleasantly surprised that the attitude of both spa and hotel staff was 100% better. All were very attentive and helpful. Well done.
