My wife and I stayed on a Friday night and booked as required a place to stay in the area with our little dog. The hotel looked and is very grand within grounds. Don't those automated telephone answering endless messages and options drive you crazy? This hotel group's is particularly bad. it was most frustrating when I eventually called the... More

Was looking forward to the visit, as I enjoyed a wedding here c.20 years ago when i lived in the area. Warm welcome at reception despite a wait rot check in, the room was fine if on the smaller side and bathroom was ok. Was travelling on my own, so planned a good dinner, advised at reception that should be... More

I recently made my second visit here and again found the hotel impressive and good value. The hotel is at the end of a cul de sac in its own grounds. As a business hotel it outstrips the usual major chains for price, quality and character. Most rooms are in a modern extension but try to get a room in... More

Just a superb place to stay after a day at Ascot racecourse very welcoming and friendly staff, gorgeous setting, room was very comfortable but old fashioned bath a little dated, breakfast was excellent, lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended

Stayed here on our way home as an extra treat for hubby's birthday. Greeted by a friendly receptionist, had a Lovely room, great service, extensive and yummy breakfast. We didn't use the spa but looked really nice!

We went for afternoon tea at the Frimley Hall Hotel on the 5th November 2016, to celebrate my Mum’s birthday. I had requested in advance a table in the charming sitting room area so I was very disappointed when we were shown through to the restaurant. We were given a table within elbow distance of the only other customers there,... More

Stayed here for one night, would be in no rush back, Nice hotel , room was ok but overpriced, none of the electric sockets worked in the room , didn't bother me too much as was late getting to bed. Staff were friendly and helpful, Bar was a bit of let down, very small, and for some reason only two... More

We stayed in a room in the newer wing which was very comfortable and clean. The hotel could do with a bit of my upgrade in some areas. The bathroom grouting was a little shabby and the restaurant tables looked chipped in places. The food was quite good but I did expect better as I thought these hotels were known... More

Rather cold room although they did provide a subsidiary heater. Underfloor heating not working so also cold. Bathroom had mould. Breaksfast now self service so quicker than before. I have stayed here a lot and overall it was very average.

Dear Frank_Stein, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us.
