Very Big THANK YOU to Sandhurst team for a little present that I have found in my room, Room was really clean and tidy. Nice and warm welcome at the check in. Tammy was amazing in the morning and Lesley was very pleasant at the breakfast. I will come back again to stay at Sandhurst.
Thank you again.

Pros - nice & friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great location for visiting Lapland UK (approx 15 mins away) good location for commuting into London (approx 35 on train from Farnborough) Good check in & check out times 👌
Great value for money

Cons - small room that constantly smelt damp as extractor fan in bathroom was as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

No cleaning for the entirety of our 3 night stay due to covid restrictions. Not a problem for the most part but meant we had to ask for bin bags for rubbish to empty our own bins everyday & also clean cups for tea/coffee.

The staff were excellent, without exception. Our three rooms were very reasonably priced (especially when compared to a particular competitor) and were clean and well-appointed, although we felt that just two teabags for a two-night stay was a bit on the stingy side. We were puzzled at the lack of an electric shaver point, which we are used to finding at hotels and B&Bs. Cots and high chairs for two toddlers were willingly provided. The "thank-you for staying" note and gift of chocolate/biscuits from the staff, in each room, were much appreciated.

I was meeting up with old school friends in the bar just across from this hotel so it was ideal that I could stay there. I also didn't want to drive down and then go out so I booked the night before as well, 2 nights in all. This was a great idea; I had a very lazy Saturday and a long bath before getting ready to go out. I wasn't tired and it was great that I could just go back to the room after. I like Premier Inn. The bed was super comfy as always and everything else was great and as I'd expect. The smell from the attached Beefeater steak house was too much to resist so I asked reception if it was OK to bring a meal back and I was told it was so I went to order. I don't like eating on my own especially during a busy Friday night. The maitre'd man was so kind, insisting that I sit at a table while he produced my bill and he even offered to deliver it to my room. However, this is not usual so don't expect it automatically!!! My room couldn't have been much further away after so he did really well as it was a heavy tray. I was very grateful and the food was wonderful.

We stayed in connecting rooms. When you first walk through the hotel corridor it smells like cheap disinfectant. The rooms smelt strongly of damp, I could even smell it when walking up during the night. The room was cold and only one small electric wall heater which was noisy. There is a smoke alarm right above the bed with a flashing red light on it which was annoying when trying to sleepm
Comfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows. There was no fridge in the room which we really needed to put snacks and drinks in.
The hotel has plenty of parking.

The Beefeater restaurant next door has good breakfast and dinners.

Excellently easy to book and check in with a friendly 24 hour reception. The room itself was spacious as expected with a sofa, double bed and desk plus a little wardrobe/storage area with kettle facilities. Extra plus was that they offered a travel cot with a sheet in made up and a baby cot blanket. The negatives for those bothered were that the decoration was a bit battered around the corners, a tiny shadow of mould (presumed lack of ventilation) and the room only having heating control so summer might be a tad warm. Overall though for price and facilities was brilliant!

Stayed at Sandhurst Premier Inn at noon for 1 night for a Wedding at Rivervale Barn16th February. Receptionist was helpful and all smiles and said we could wait in the Beefeater so that we could relax, she offered to book us a taxi, which pleased us and after a short while came into the Beefeater to say she had found 3 rooms for us to relax after our journey and wait for our taxi.. We reccomend this Premier Inn as it is in a good location for London. We will definitely use this Premier Inn again.

Myself and my wife needed an overnight stay so that we could get to our final destination quite early in the morning and since we live 70 miles away from the destination, this hotel, just 10 minutes from our destination seemed ideal.
This is the third time that we have used the hotel in the past month and its standard of cleanliness, the warmth of reception and the bedroom comfort is more than adequate for our needs.
Would have no trouble recommending this Premier Inn in the Sandhurst area to anyone.

We stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting family and we had an amazing stay.
The hotel was immaculate and have cleaning staff to be proud of. Our room was very comfortable and again extremely clean, with plenty of storage for clothes and cases. The bathroom had good size bath towels which was a nice surprise as hotel towels are usually the size of a flannel. All of the the staff were very friendly and very professional and make you feel very welcome. We had the breakfast which was delicious, and there was plenty of choice to suit all palates. There is a lovely outdoor seating area where you can sit and enjoy your morning brew or afternoon/evening bevvy (we did both)
The hotel is situated close to Camberley if it’s a shopping trip you’re after, and not too far from the M3 so is easy to get to and offers plenty of free onsite parking.
All in all we would highly recommend staying here and cannot thank the whole team enough for an excellent experience. We will be staying again.

We stay at Premier Inn's all over the country. This was by far the worst. Rooms old fashioned, lighting sparce. Needed engineer to fix TV, told not on till tomorrow. The receptionst was the only member of staff. The accessable room was a large bathroom with a NORMAL high bath, no pull down bars next to toilet. Very tatty place. Would never stop there again. The only saving grace was the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slepped in. Beefeater restaurant was cold, uninteresting, no atmosphere, food ok, presentation still waiting.

We have friends who live in Australia & they have problems sometimes reserving a room in a Premier Inn Hotel with an Australian credit card, not sure why that is? Try using another card to book the reservation & then ask the hotel to take full payment with your American AMEX card. Please note that it is always cheaper to pay for your room in advance at a Premier Inn hotel, unfortunately there are NO refunds available when you pay for your rooms in advance. I use a UK sourced AMEX card for all bills at Premier Inn Hotels in the last 5yrs. Good luck!!!!

Hi Sarah I would recommend the hotel for your visit. Legoland is about 30 mins drive, as is Windsor Castle. Central London is more like an hour by car, 2 on the train. I’m guessing there may be hotel options closer to the city but I’m not sure how the prices would differ. Hope that helps x

Hi Evans Thanks for getting in touch. Our family rooms accommodate 2 adults, 2 children (15 years and under) & a baby in a cot (2 years and under). If any of your children are above this age, you'll be required to book two rooms. This hotel does have interconnecting rooms, if you'd like to contact us with your reservation number we can request this for you. I hope this helps. Kind regards Elaine King Premier Inn Team
